I have said something pedophilic about a fictional character, quoting “its okay shes 7” while talking about a robot. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I admit that the cause of the ban was very immature but I think I deserve a second chance. There has been drama mongering and members who have said things to bend the conversation to get me to say something that will get me banned like my most recent ingame ban being caused by Smerexy (who is part of Terrry’s crew and who also got recently banned for exploiting) who decided to change his name and remove his badges just so he could call Terrry and get me into a sit. To give myself a fair chance, I’m asking that Terrry and other staff in his team do not comment on my appeal as they are very obviously inclined to get the appeal denied since they are very biased about me. It almost looks like you are trying to play the victim here for some odd reason. -1 for a unban you couldn't even stop being toxic on the server while being banned on the discord. Okay so smer, getting on, changing his name, removing his badges, seeing me online, telling me to remove the trees, and then calling you to get on just to do a sit. Also didn’t I just say for you to not reply because you are so inclined to deny every appeal I’ve done EVER? It was very obvious that he didn’t have epilepsy since he would have had a seizure within seconds. Why do you think you should get a second chance? Because if your only reason for getting one is because smer "set you up to get banned" you need to find another one. You are still currently banned for Player Toxicity on the gmod server, how are you going to be any different in the discord? I don’t see how I’m making my bans and warns everyone else’s problems. And if there’s players you don’t like in a sit, you can be biased and get them banned for longer than they’re supposed to? I personally think I deserve a second chance because the mods that have handled my Discord ban are biased about me and are trying to get me in a vulnerable spot. The moderator that has gotten me banned is in your gang and is friends with you, so he could’ve targeted me and banned me just because you don’t like me.
