I have mixed feelings because i am seeing him shoot the K9 and a swat as-well in the logs but depending on how much of a cluster fuck this was crossfire is possible. Neutral Evidence produced seems to lack context i feel is needed and would not be present in logs. Him yelling slurs was only heard by banning staff and no one has supplied any videos that would help shed light on any aspect of this.

Honestly most likely will fall to banning staffs discretion if he wants to shorten ban or stick with current decision.

Could accurately go after multiple rdm due to you killing the K9 cop and keep toxicity but this is just my opinion on finding a middle ground due to lack of evidence/context from both sides

It amazes me that someone who is such a high rank within the staff team can blatantly argue in bad faith on a public thread. It is clearly obvious that there is more information needed for this to be resolved and you all know that. Drawing conclusions so prematurely without proper evidence and praising your fellow staff member just showcases your biases.

This is the same log that was included in a screenshot earlier in the thread with the exception of adding the damage logs as well. I believe this was done to make the situation look more severe because the damage logs would make someone who is simply skimming/not paying attention to detail assume that each line is an individual he had killed. He made his case, which was the fact that he was simply following an RP LAW that was set in place by the mayor which is not against the rules whatsoever. The evidence needed (as explained before) is place of death logs anything else is irrelevant. He never denied killing other players so including these is redundant.

I already explained my involvement, I am a key witness and was involved in the rp situation as I was the Mayor at the time who was RIGHT BESIDE THEM as all of this was going down. I was also the one that had made the RP LAWS they were following. Deleting my comment to try and silence me is extremely unprofessional.

I love how you misquoted me and lied at the same time. I have stated multiple times that I was involved and only said that I was not involved in the SITS that had taken place. Trying to claim this person as my friend to paint me as a biased witness is odd behavior as you have no idea whether not he is my friend in which he is not. I do not know this person at all, he is not on my friends list and before the time I met him on the server I had no idea who he was. I am here defending him because I was there for the situation and I know that he had done nothing wrong. Is it wrong for me to defend someone who is innocent and was wrongly punished? Should I let this person be dogpiled by the staff team without proper evidence when I was there? The lack of evidence and shady behavior from you and Frede is honestly worrying.  

Yes, 50 cent is not representing his side well but that is because he lacks the proper knowledge to call upon the higher ups for evidence that is only available to them and to properly analyze logs that are dumped on the thread as he is a new player. I am a longtime community member and I feel the need to help him because of this lack of knowledge. I have seen strange behavior from lower staff members recently and I feel inclined to speak up when a new player is punished by a staff member who doesn't even bother to do a bit of fact checking before pulling the trigger. This will be my last reply unless I am quoted again.

I already explained my involvement, I am a key witness and was involved in the rp situation as I was the Mayor at the time who was RIGHT BESIDE THEM as all of this was going down. like you said you were not involved in both of the sits so therefore please refrain from commenting just because you were the mayor does  not mean that he did not already MRDM it clearly shows it in the logs that has been displayed you have no involvement in either one of the sits and I would highly appreciate it like I have said before if you can refrain from commenting any further. let the staff team look over the evidence that has been provided and let them elaborate to see what they see fit.
