MRDM Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Let me preface with, I read the rules before any of this went down, because I didn't understand the custom class. I didn't mass rdm, I killed exclusively Master Chief, an undercover cop and a police chief (all of which kept arresting me). "Insurance Agent" said to read the rules for my job, "fuck 12", which has 0 rules defined for it in the motd. And some might SCREAM RDM still, but what about NLR? I got arrested, went to jail, got released and then murdered the cops for it, as a "fuck 12" job (which has no clear rules, and no lockpick or keypad for actual base raiding... seems like it's just "hit up PD and be at war with the police"). Especially when they can infinitely arrest me immediately out of spawn, but if I kill them I'm a "Mass RDM"-er. Y'all see it, right? VIP Favoritism and bad administration at its finest... tripping on everyone because he doesn't understand that there are absolutely 0 clearly defining rules for this situation and he has to either call someone higher or use his common sense to come up with the best possible solution for all parties, given that we're both victims in this. NEVER let whatever this person is be a judge. He also started arguing with me about how I got the custom class and that I "clearly know what I'm doing and I'm just a troll". As if copy pasting a code from chat takes any sort of know-how, the dunce. He said, "yeah but you can't just use them unless they add you to their custom class"... okay, and? What does that imply I ever did? Funny one of your paying members apparently trusted me enough to give me the class, but the free, power-tripping, squeaker mod can't handle a sit where I'm calmly explaining what I did and didn't know, without him huffing and puffing the whole time and looking for any angle to make me seem VINDICTIVELY and MALICIOUSLY guilty? He also said "you just switched your story" when I'd go into more depth about how I'm using a custom class I didn't pay for. I said I saw a code in chat and copy pasted it, all true. Why the class worked, I have no clue, I guess dude who bought it added me to his "list of people that can use my custom job" -\(*_*)/- I wouldn't, and don't, understand the specifics, as I tried explaining. L mod fr, horrible deescalation skills. Kid got his feelings hurt and banned 3 people in a row for this. WOMP WOMP. Also, I know that kid is gonna cry "use common sense and listen to staff." I did, dumbass. YOU told me to read the rules and I just read em... for a 2nd time, still don't see a damn thing about my job, and I was NEVER given a warning, verbal or otherwise, to stop killing police. No, instead he said he was spectating and watched the last 3 kills just so he could count it as MRDM. What does that prove? That the rules and job description aren't clear? That you immediately went for the ban? That you NEED the ability to ban people to feel powerful? Foo needs to go back to trial-mod with these sorta temperments. EDIT; I just noticed these forums all seem to be "Guilty until Proven Innocent." Who, besides youtubers and actual trolls, is recording their gameplay 24/7? They want evidence that you aren't guilty instead of evidence you are. How do y'all catch when people are straight up lying? Who warned/banned you? When viewing NLR positions most kills were far enough away involving cops that the self defense with cuffs argument would have been false aswell. Same logic as someone seeing the job Serial Killer and MRDMING if your attitude was nicer and you didnt try to lie in my sit i would have let you off with a warn for being a newer player. I was very calm and reasonable, up until the moment you started making baseless accusations and said I was receiving a ban. As I said, I don't know who the other people are, why I was given access to the custom class, or how. I've played gmod before, and as I told you before, I KNOW WHAT A CUSTOM CLASS IS. I've even administrated for DarkRP servers a few years back, when I used to play. Regardless, that doesn't explain what THIS custom class is (job description and rules (Hey Insurance Agent, dumbass, maybe it's not common knowledge because it's... well... yk... a custom class)) and the "custom class sharing" or whatever special "thing" you referred to the CC creator having to do, in order for it to be enabled for me, but even that's besides the point. The point is, I had access to the job, which doesn't have a clear set of rules. I didn't RDM, I roleplayed, following what I believed the rules to be, based on what others with the same class were doing. It's not my fault that I was given access to this job, it's no ones. It comes down the fact that it's not clear what the "fuck 12" job would do besides fuck with and kill cops, and you don't try to explain it AT ALL. And what do your selectively picked little logs do? They literally only serve to prove that I attacked Dr Perky first IN AN RP SCENARIO where I lost, big whoop. Was literally laughing with Perky before and after he killed me when I first got the class, but you wouldn't know because you weren't there. You're trying to make me look bad, again. And making yourself look like an incompetent tyrant, again. And good point, it's the same as serial killer. Can't a serial killer run around killing people? It says IN YOUR RULES you DON'T have to advert it and you are THE class exception that can kill their victims in the streets. Yet, despite all the clearly laid rules... it say NOTHING about a cooldown or maximum body count or anything of the sort, nothing to distinguish the job from RDM. So I'm banned for playing the game as it's presumably intended? Also, why in the fuck are YOU handling this report? You're the same moderator that banned me, seems like a conflict of interest and like you're just a controlling tyrant who wanted to put his stamp on it first, hopefully stopping anyone else from checking it out, and trying to shut me up.
