As to him saying retard, in those examples he's calling things retarded or calling GSPean who is his friend a retard which I don't really see the problem with. If he's calling random users retards that's a problem. If he's calling something retarded or calling his friend a retard, I don't really see how that's bad.

I agree Terry should not say attention whore he prob didn't realize how bad the word is and he should instead say attention seeker which is what you are.

so if I'm black and I have a black friend am I allowed to go around saying the hard R? no matter what there are rules for a reason just because it is your friend does not give you the right to say it. I can understand if it was in DMS or maybe in voice but he personally put that in general chat with everybody being able to see it. if a new player joins in and sees a smod saying that, they are going to think it's okay but we have clear rules that saying it is not if you're going to joke around like that take it somewhere else

For me, terrys behavior needs to be addressed but it has almost no correlation to the situation here. Tuckle shoved an annoying chinese song playing boombox through props into terrys base to start this whole altercation. 

 

Its important to see where the issue spawned from. Did terry reach out first, or did tuckle.

the messages above are regarding frisco.. Which is weird to me because if she was angry with terry, why bully and cause trouble for frisco?

 

IF i was in charge of making a decision this one is one of those where both sides are just dumb af but one side is a player and the other is a staff member. Both actions kind of cancel out in a sense between tuckle and terry but tuckle is harassing frisco while terry is not acting the most proper as an smod. Do as you think is right staff team.

I can understand why you guys came to this conclusion with the series of events sliced up to be the way they are. However, this was not a very smart move because I have all of the raw footage from the moment I stumbled upon Terry's base to the moment of the FailRP sit.

 

I was gonna wait before I showed the final video that would show the WHOLE situation from beginning to end.

 

And it will show several things

 

1. the placing props at Terrys place was way blown out of proportion since when asked I removed them and left them alone after and never intended to talk to them again

 

2. Afterwards Frisco(who was ass kissing in chat and insulting me on Terrys behalf) would not stop commenting insults after everything I said in ooc (and Terry would occasional join in) and when I responded it was viewed as 'attention whoring'. Some one is insulting me in chat. am I not allowed to respond and turn it around to make them look dumb?

 

3. The next day: Frisco engaged attention  with ME by buying me out as mayor and insulting me in chat.

I tried to ignore him but after multiple times of him non stop responding to things I said, I decided to have some fun with it and pull a mock "rejection" in chat. His REACTION is what made people go wtf because he did not help himself in anyway. If his reputation was hurt by a very obvious mock rejection then it's something he's done not me.

 

4. Next day Frisco kept this particular situation alive by crying to everyone who would listen before I hopped on that he wasn't rejected. I was not even on for this and he stirred the pot there.

 

5. Tene slid into my dms to not only intimidate me with supposed irl photos but to insult me.

He said he had no intention to scare me in the forum dms but they can be officially monitored by staff. unlike discord.  Who tf does background checks on people and looks for their pictures? Also the guy keeps justifying me calling me the attention whore when he's contacting me and is writing the declaration of independence multiple times per post but the fixation on chatting constantly about this in defense of Terrry is....unsettling.

 

6. Tene threatened that these dms just show "u lie about people wanting to cheat on their girls"

and I said 'bet' and began to stream the our dms to 7 people which made tene embaressed enough to tell terry to @ me in discord general to call me a loser and a whore.

 

Terry initiated the discord gen incident, not me. and that wouldn't have been initiated if Tene didn't slide into my dms.

 

7. The infamous "you ruined my mastersword rp experience" sit happens. the height of all this pettyness.

Tene called the sit. Terry warned me. I had every intention of leaving them alone but they both decided to give me that unjust warn. I do care about that warn being give because it's bullshit.

 

It doesn't make me an attention whore for wanting to fight something that is 100% bullshit.

An admin calling me a whore and a loser should not be allowed to warn me in any sit due to bias let alone be staff if he thinks that is completely ok to do to someone.

 

I've been quiet on this because my video will prove this once and for all but when 2 other staff are either not fully looking at the evidence or it's clear that they don't get the full story, they need to be informed.

 

I may have placed a prop and a textscreen but it was removed as soon as i knew it was a problem. no questions ask. The following harassment is something I never asked for. I won't let you walk all over me either.

 

So if you look at me responding as justification for the harassment still after all of this. Then that's your choice.

 

Video will be out soon. If a decsion is made in that time. I will still post it. The gross manipulation and cherry picking of the events prior to the Tene sit is disgusting.

 

WHY this event wasn't show in its entirety was because I made the decsion to only focus on the bogus warn and not the bullshit prior. But as things progressed and now stuff is being left out of the story to corrupt the narrative, I will have to explain this shit show in full.

Here is a video of how I did not keep initiating the back and forth. I wanted to be left alone.

not all the events are listed but it will show that I was never the initiator. (EDIT: I initiated once but that is after he insulted kashpaint who I believe is a younger player)

I know this because I made a mental note not to and tried to move on.

But Frisco couldn't get enough.

 

Also I will be honest. Frisco was saying gross sexist shit about how he 'only likes his gf because he gives her sex' and 'im a dumb attention seeking woman' and all the other unoriginal garbage you'd expect a sexist to say. I will not apologize for not insulting him once in ooc during that whole interaction, trolling through positive ignorance, and giving him the outlet for making himself look stupid to everyone in ooc.

 

If he wants to put forth the narrative that someone who rps as a gremlin ruined his gmod reputation then by all means knock yourself out.

I hate having to keep commenting on this and this will probably be the last comment but I watched the entire video and nothing out of the ordinary popped out at me. People talk like this on gmod and discord all the damn time, only difference is that they mentioned the fact you are a woman. People use different verbage to "insinuate" negativity. For example, when I was admin, they insinuated because im an admin, im your typical fat gmod admin etc. 

 

Nothing out of the ordinary, I do not see any bashing. They mainly pointed out the many posts that you have made. Terry as an smod probably should have held back a little bit but he isn't typing anywhere as much as Frisco. Also, they do not seem fixated to talk with you but rather are half-heartedly responding like you are doing. Conversation seems light enough, but you also did insult all gamers and men in your comments. They responded in kind and made generalized comments about egirls and women.

 

They also took the time to discuss other things such as cars and rp with other people in the chat. 

 

Again, Im like 80% certain i noticed this in chat and the first thing that popped up for me is, Why is someone saying all men are mean lol.

 

But being on, i did not notice anything out of the ordinary from typical gmod chat. 

 

What frisco said about his GF, thats kinda between him and her. Maybe they have a FWB relationship, who knows. 

 

Again, I am only commenting because i was staff at the time of this happening and as a general word of advice for the current team. 

 

Also, what you did was against the rules. If i was this mean staff member looking to get you, I could have punished you under the stipulation of prop abuse. But in your clip, terry seemed only focused on quickly getting u to stop and let u go right after so he can do whatever tf he was doing
