banned for apparent pedo jokes when it was never meant to be anything towards age

i admit i shouldnt have not lead on the joke but i dont think a 6 month ban for something i wasnt fully aware of leading on to be a now "pedo joke" when im stating it over and over that it wasnt meant to be thought that way at all. my mind was not in that type of direction. therefore i state that i feel like this ban is a bit of pernicious manipulation of hierarchical prerogatives to pursue personal antipathies. considering we have some rough history and i feel like this was a bit more targeted and you did not let me speak much when you dragged me into the sit. you just told me that i can make a forums post and then proceeded to ban me for 6 months

tuckle you and i have bad history over something that's completely unrelated to this topic. considering this topic is based off of pedo jokes and the jokes i made towards you was stated as you where of age and i didn't know that they offended u until you made a sit on it and from that point on i left you alone?? so you making this video to recite something that is only trying to pursade people out of context is crazy considering you where calling me retarded and saying I'm stupid which the mod who took that sit can prove if they seen this that we haven't talked to each other since then. again player targetting over things taken out of proportion considering if i ever made any jokes like that you never spoken to me in private to let me know you didnt like them, instead you made a sit and called me names while i was in jail. the mod that can prove this is tap water considering he had giga muted me for the incident since we where arguing while i was in the sit. so again you making this video to say that im disgusting to try and frame me is fucked up on your end dude. you never stated anything about me since then

again did this have anything to do with a underage joke? no i was simply warning a new player to not make the same mistakes i made back then. this current ban is a miscommunication i believe so when i state what i state it has to do with the current situation instead of bringing up beef from the past bring up any actual evidence that i make these types of jokes often.

So when you first said something about it that was kind of fine but when the player told you his sister was 8 and you still wanted to say something about his sister and then say he lied about his sisters age and made up a age for her that's the big problem. The moment you found out his sisters age should have been when you stopped saying anything for that. Void you are chill for the most part but that's just wrong on a lot of levels. Considering your history and that it seems you haven't learned your lesson i will have to be a -1 as of right now

This is exactly what me and terrry said to him in the sit. He should have just muted him and made a forums report/ ingame sit. His response to why he didnt mute was "I tried muting but other people were repeating what he was trying to say to me so I couldnt." I'm not really too sure that anything he said was more than just an excuse

General rule of thumb, Don't make sexual comments in OOC or in game in general. Had you not made the "older" sister comment in OOC I could see this going ALOT smoother. But given your history and the evidence I'm going to -1 for any kind of appeal
