I didn't call a sit first because I knew if they had more stuff inside they probably would've removed it, since I could tell they aren't in for a serious experience and wouldn't want me to get the satisfaction of taking their things.

Im probably not going to comment on this again but "technically youre not wrong" and also "personal opinions" from Trial Moderators is not the best source of backing. There are also different responses given during a sit and in interpretation of a rule. Like I said, If i took your sit, I probably wouldn't have warned you but in my own gameplay, I would never raid for boomboxes.

I still see no reason for this warning to not be appealed, it makes zero sense to claim I'm trying to loophole the rule when I raided an invalid building sign. There is no "loophole" I simply raided people with an invalid building sign.

 

It's not like I have a history of breaking rules, I've played 135 hours in the last 2 weeks and this is the first warning I've gotten in that time frame, yet Terrry for example is viewing this as a malicious attempt to loophole a rule and free myself from a warn, when in reality I don't want a warn and I don't want to be seen as a rule breaker. 

 

I'm still failing to understand why you guys just don't care about the rule. It's not a loophole to raid someone's base when they have an invalid sign up.

It seems like all parties here are confused about the general situation.

 

My warn should be appealed and the rules should simply be changed to avoid confusion. I don't see how it's any more complicated than that.

 

I feel you guys come into this post with the mindset of shutting down an appeal and not trying to read it with an open mind or from my perspective whatsoever.

 

It would not harm, whatsoever, to appeal my warning and take action to have the rule changed. In addition it would literally only benefit the server to the rules updated.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you really think if I was playing just to screw around and loophole rules to raid people, that I would put this much effort into an appeal for a warning?

Even if we granted you that having non-money making entities that can't be pickup boxed broke the building sign rule you still should've called a staff member saying they have a false building sign instead of raiding. If you did that any staff member would've told you they're allowed to have boomboxes while building. No rule says if a building sign is false feel free to raid.

Wanted to correct above cause the screenshot someone sent me of the rule was an archived one (pictured) not the current one, and say we are looking into changing the current rule to remove the part that says the sign is void because we don't want any players taking rule breaks into their own hands.
