False banned

Why were you banned?: so bascially i was the kit Juggernaut and salty and his friend turbo said they were being raided. so i went to the house and fedora was raiding them i asked are you raiding these guys he just responds with "im stuck" a second later salty comes to the door and fedora shoots him so i shoot fedora. Then fedora calls hops saying i was meta gaming and i rdmed when i didnt. Then i say i want a different admin cause ever since i started the server hops has been giving me stupid warnings and harrassing me to where i needed to get a staff members whos higher than him to stop bugging me and giving me fasle warnings. While i was in the sit i talked to bosco and told my story and when i was done with my story hops banned me for lieing in sit when i told the same exact story i told hops. Another thing is that this isnt the first ban ive gotten from hops than isnt false and erston unbanned me for it.

 

Why should you be unbanned?: this is a false ban and whenever i make a base or try to raid someone or anything really hes bugging me giving me false warnings or just ruins my time playing. Also i never lied in the sit the story was the same story i told hops and after i finish my story hops banns me for meta gaming rdm and lieing in a sit which he cant stack meta gaming and rdm since i got warned for that and it was a false warning.

Also if i was lieng in a sit i would like to know what i lied about cause when i asked for a different admin cause hops is in a ts with fedora and is friends with him and i know he would favor fedoras side so i wanted a different admin and hops said a story that made me look like i did rdm when i didnt so i told my story and detailed it alot more and then i got banned.

I was not here for that but since hops is forum banned he told me to reply for him. "You were saying you were recording and kept saying, "This is a waste of your $20, you're getting demoted," but you don't have evidence? What happened to the recording? Then Hops said "Fedora was being shot by the base owners and he shot back, yet you killed him anyways, and if you were there then you would know that. Also hops said,  "I never harass you, my friends just raid you a lot and your little group of buddies tend to come back and break NLR". ": That's called doing my job, not harassing you". ": I also added in disrespect because you seem to take liberty into calling people shitty staff members and calling the admin team retards, I don't care what you guys classify as disrespect, but if I'm being called a retard, shitty staff member, and an annoying little idiot, I would consider that disrespect." Thats all hops told me to say.

For one I didnt shoot salty I killed a cp that you didnt witness. Either you metagamed or rdmed or even both not only that but you disrespected not only hops but me as well and bosco witnessed the whole sit and agreed with the ban. You were being rude and you also completely lied to Hops' and even my face. I gave you the benefit of the doubt and you threw it away like it was nothing. If you honestly think you were wrong fully banned at least tell the story like it was rather than how you want it to be. I dont want this to come off the wrong way but you were recently banned as well and in my opinion I am not surprised that you have been banned for a reason related to the same exact thing. Don't take this the wrong way but I am somewhat glad you have been banned since you and your little "squad" have been causing problems with  not only my group of friends but average players as well. In my opinion I dont think he should be unbanned. Also you can check dlogs or hlogs to see if I did actually shoot salty or even kill him if I did I apologize but you did have me in cuffs already and you continued to shoot me. Also like I maybe have said already I told you upfront I was not raiding the base prior to coming back for the 2nd time. You came back I told you the same thing you walked away saw a cp/pd die in the kill log so you came back cuffed me and killed me upfront. So like I said before I think in my opinion you should not be unbanned.

and what did i lie about exactly and another thing is that ive been told by other staff wh oarent in ur group about how staff can delete things in logs. and btw i never cuffed u or knew u killed a dp i went there cause salty told me in t he tunnel "hey police a guy is raiding my base can u help" and i said sure i never hancuffed u i just shot u.

what u wrote made no sense and u did shoot salty and near me while in his base. so if u shoot near me then im either guessing u shot him or u tried to kill me.

Since this problem hasn't been solved yet by either a higher up or Sugar, so here is what I took from reading all of this:

 

You don't have any evidence on what went down and can you tell us the reason why you got banned. (Preferred a picture of the ban screen)

 

Now because you don't have evidence of what went down, we as staff can't tell if either side is telling the truth or lieing.
