FTC/rdm Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? wasnt rdm and ftc Who warned/banned you? chesmond How long were you warned or banned for? 1 day some guy shot me with a tele swep which moved me upwards, i killed the guy. He reported me for rdm, i told the mod why i killed the player. During the sit i asked the reporter, if he hit me with the tele swep, yes or no. He wouldnt answer me and chesmond claimed that since there was no logs of using a tele swep that it was rdm. I told chesmond that once the player answers yes or no whether or not he shot me with tele swep and then i will show the clip of what happened. Chesmond never once asked the guy if he shot me with it and just sided with the player the entire time. The guy never answered so i never showed the clip, chesmond claimed that not showing my own clip was Failure to comply and that i committed rdm. First cheesemon said i would be receiving 2 warns for rdm and FTC and then changed it to a 24 hour ban. I was within my right to kill this player for shooting me with a swep that launches you in the sky. Burdon of proof has ALWAYS been on the player making the report. This was a he said she said situation even though I told the mod why i killed the player and he took the other players word against my own and banned me. I asked if you had evidence and you said you did, but "won't send them to you". I told you if you just sent me the clip and it showed what you claimed then I would delete your warn. If you claim you have evidence and then refuse to send it, that would have been grounds to warn/ ban you for FTC. In more severe cases we have banned users ad infinitum until they provide evidence they claim to have. I do have the clip. Literally not even one time. Which means you automatically took his word for it and assumed i rdmed him. I gave my reason for killing him. I shouldnt be required to show proof. and the fact that you banned me for this shows a lot about how you staff and treat players of the server. the fact that you completely glossed over the fact that I, the player that was reported, asked the player who made the report, Multiple times if he hit me with the swep and him not answering really boggles me. FTC is a 3 day ban, he only banned you for the RDM, also regardless if the burden is on the reporting player, if you have proof that shows what you claim happened actually did happen, there's no reason to not show it if it backs your claim.
