Called someone (Racck) the F slur because they kept minging in front of my base with boomboxes and killing me (I assume? I was never in a sit.) Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Staff member is actively out to get me removed from the server. I have NEVER been punished for player toxicity before and when the staff member who continually bans me any chance he gets sees one and ONLY one instance of it I am once again banned. I don't understand why users are allowed to skirt by the rules to affect the experiences of others and when they finally get the reaction they were looking to illicit, they're not the ones who receive punishment. Maybe don't lie in your own appeal. We hadn't interacted once before this (since I'd gotten online at least), so the whole "minging for 30 min" thing is a little weird, especially considering we hadn't even spoken to each other at all- not to mention leaving the moment you saw me get brought to the sit- really screams "Innocent behavior" to me. You knew what you did was wrong clearly, and around 30 seconds after you saying it you logged off. You are not a new player and to me this seems like you are trying to avoid getting punished.
