my marketplace listing is bugged, not sure where to post the issue

so i had two diamonds on my marketplace listing last night 1/20/2024 that expired so i tried collecting them, they werent in my inventory and i couldnt find them in the f4 menu even after i relogged, the moderator online at the time said its something i should make note of on the forums for help. if there is any way to check logs or something it would be appreciated

On Jan 19th, you listed a stack of 2 diamond ores.

On Jan 20th you canceled the listing and the items went back into your inventory.

On Jan 20th you split them into two and listed them separately.

On Jan 21st you canceled both listings and the items went back into your inventory.

 

 

If you did not see them in your inventory, it's possible they were added to an existing stack. I've also seen in some rare circumstances, the items will go into an existing stack in your bank rather than your inventory.
