It seemed a little mingy to me when you put a prop that is invisible in front of that guy's door. Then just ran off, like it was nothing.

 

 

(Side note: Vermin was still there and he TPed to you. If he were to TP back or kill himself, that'd probably declare the sit over. But it seemed like it was still on, so it'd be considered RDM in sit. Even if there were warns. On the other side, if Vermin ended the sit and stayed there, it'd be considered abuse on his end and you'd have the right to kill him with your warns.)

I will let the ban stay for a couple of reasons. You didn't handle talking to staff very well. You claimed that you were listening and then continued on prop blocking the base. And then killed him. You say that you owned the house but didn't own all of the doors. You should have showed that you owned more doors than him in the video. From what I can see is that you saw him basing down there and then bought the door, asked for an admin and then claimed that you owned it. The ban is not very long and you can wait it out.

I think the sit was over considering the fact the Vermin went to the minge's "Land" as stated by Vermin, and while I was asking him to leave he never stated that the sit was still going.

Owning one room does not dictate "Oh I can sit here all I want even if other people own the building." 

 

The sit was over by the looks as stated by "I am out of your house" "This part, right here, is his."

 

RDM in this situation is Vermin being mildly inconvenienced by you while he is on your property as shown by front door  (or majority ownership based on situations)

 

[u.N.N]NERD12512 shouldn't of been there without owning all the doors  and/or the front door on top of things.

 

You were banned for One(1) RDM and Minging. 1 rdm is punishable by warnings or at most 1h bans. Minging is a flavor text used to extend a ban maybe one days worth in most situations, why is your ban 2 days? 

 

 

 

Against Gin:

 

 

 

You handled the sit poorly, I get what you were doing, but you were being rather rude about it.

 

If you felt like the situation needed to be further expanded upon, you could have asked for a different staff member politely with a valid reason (e.g. "This staff member is bias as this player is a friend of his and will not hear my side of the story") 

 

You did propblock NERD in "his room" which did have RP items and a user inside so that's an offense. 

 

 

 

 

Conclusion, should you of been banned? Yea, not for 2 days though and not for "RDM | Minge", but "Propblock | Minging" MAYBE, if I really didn't like your attitude for at most 1 day.

 

Vermin could have handled the situation a bit better and if he felt so suspicious about you continuing to break rules, he should of spectated you instead of staying their in your base causing RP issues. 

 

Also Vermin died outside of Nerd's door, no in it, but more importantly in "your basement".

Also, NERD would have to gtfo as he was being a squatter, and yes being a squatter gets you kicked off the land you're living in.
