See post body. Who warned/banned you? How long were you warned or banned for? Bans Dec 27, 2023 - Vote was successful (Mega false kick/ban whenever dead) - Jerma King This was a false voteban. According to my friend, Tuckle Carlson, the person was votebanned immediately afterwards for calling false votebans. Dec 30, 2023 - MRDM|LTAP - Lean This was a misunderstanding. Was stuck in a prop with a few other people that I tried to blow up. Game crashed in the process. Lean unbanned me the same day when I reached out on Discord to explain but it never got removed from my record. Warnings Dec 26, 2023 - RDA - FK_BOOLIN It's either for this warning or my NLR ban on Dec 31. I don't remember which one. They were equally as frustrating. I was playing as Detective. I got killed (maybe even RDMed) by somebody. Necromancer brought me back to life. I used my DNA scanner to find out who the killer was, issue an arrest warrant, and arrest them. The admin (again, I don't remember if it was this warning or the NLR warning) said I violated NLR and "it doesn't matter that you were brought back to life, you started a new life, so it's a random arrest." But, if you look at the job description for Necromancer, it says: Quote 3. If a player is resurrected, they do not void NLR So I think this is bogus and the moderator misunderstood the rules around Necromancer. Dec 27, 2023 - RDM - Enowapi I was trashman. Someone stole the trash I was collecting. I killed him. I don't think it's fair to be warned RDM, it's DarkRP, and stealing is a valid reason. Jan 3, 2023 - RDM - AflictoGaming I was the Abomination. I was not on the rampage. I saw some meth entities out in the open next to fountain. I destroyed them with fists. The guy who owned the entities said something really foul about my parents. Beyond funny, just digging in and mean. I also thought he was about to shoot at me. So I killed him. I don't understand why I was warned for this. Especially being a class who's sole purpose is "to run around and cause havoc on people." --- Please let me know if you want me to elaborate on anything. Honestly, I would appeal all the warns/historical bans because I feel they are all bogus. However, time has passed and I don't remember my side of the story on all of them. I'm just trying to set as much as the record straight as I can. I like playing on this server, it's been entertaining while recovering from a medical procedure and resting over a long break. However, I don't appreciate the intense rule nitpicks and scrutiny. Anecdotally, it feels like others get off scot-free for actually breaking rules, which is super frustrating. You cant just rdm someone cause they said something mean to you. You dont get to break a rule because something was said you dont like. I did have a talk with the player after the sit still though. I was in an RP situation with the guy. You were destroying his entities as a class that cant do that. You raided his meth tent and then killed him when he said something you didnt like. I just saw a few meth entities on the roof and hit them. Can you please link to which rule specifically forbids that? Can you put yourself in my shoes? I'm a relatively new player here. I'm playing as a job that's supposed to cause "havoc." I've read the rules to the best of my ability. Can you understand why I would be frustrated and be launching an appeal?
