He started running into my base while I was building, instantly brought me to a sit where he said I could not kill him for trespassing into my base, which is a rule that is written in 2 different sections in the rules without him knowing. He said he could not be raiding because "I was just running around" which is never a reason to not be killed in a raid. He then decided for some reason he wanted to hold me in a sit while i wrote a report when we had already agreed to go to the forums with this problem.

I can only imagine he ran into my base looking for an issue to make a sit about, why else would james plays run into a base to annoy me and then quote fake rules to try getting me in trouble and also try to hold me in a sit to write a report?

I am getting very sick and tired of moderators inventing rules that dont exist and then trying to ban me saying "you have been on the server long enough to know the rule i just invented".

"Trespassing makes you KoS. This means if you trespass someone's house while they are "building" you will die."

Ive never had a problem with you or any issues during sits with you so why would i just walk in trying to start something?
considering i was just running around and checking it out never intended any harm and didnt attack you
but i did check logs and even asked yahya at which point another staff member even messaged you asking about a rule that they didnt know about to which you told them

This is the 2nd line in the illegal activities section of the rules. I asked you to read the rules again, you did not.

Are we seriously considering staff who do not read the 2nd line of a rule section and who does not double check the rule when the user they are in a sit is saying the rule says different things as good representations of the server?
