However, I have no logs to show if he was or was not trying to cuff you. Even if we excused his death you still have plenty of other kills and none of them shot you first. It was easier since 3 people made the sit but there are more than 3 deaths that show as RDM so it would still equate to a 1 week MRDM ban. I will wait for the other staff to give their opinion on the matter but I hope you take the 4 days to reflect on how to not RDM when you get back on. You should have been heard out, even if that meant muting the other players. I apologize that you weren’t, as again, you should have been. With that being said, though, you are being heard out now, and it still sounds like MRDM to me. You have 12 bans, 8 of which are for RDM/MRDM. You also have 42 warns, 24 of which are for RDM and somehow MRDM. You’re old enough on the server to have played with Rubik, and that dudes inactive as hell now when it comes to actual playtime. It’s incredibly clear that you know better. I understand that this was a mistake, but regardless it spawned from you minging on our server. Though your friend may have been fine with it, the others won’t. Crossfire is still on you, and your excuse of “there were other MRDMers” is voided by the fact that voteban and staff exist. There’s no reason to take staff situations and rulebreaks into your own hands.
