I initially reported bam46 for NLR. This was because while I was in the street near fountain he came up and stabbed me 8 times so I killed him, then 15 seconds later he comes back to the exact same spot and stabs me again, and it is worth noting he attacked NO ONE else "https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/296440054375645184/1136865342568808478/image.png?width=1222&height=702" "https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/1081069538600296480/1136852466151985293/image.png?width=1547&height=870". This is where the whole situation starts to devolve. Mav took the sit, requesting bam to teleport to us. Bam spends multiple minutes arguing with mav and me that he didnt break NLR (keep this in mind) and shouldnt be warned. He then asked kiezuh to join the sit, who initially agrees with bam claiming that there should be no punishment for bam as it "isnt in the rules" for nlr. After mav and me speak up and we all have an argument, and kiezuh says he wants us to stop talking and immediately mutes me even after I have stopped talking, saying that he wants each of our story. Bam continues to argue that he shouldn't be warned, and I am eventually unmuted and talk to kiezuh who then decides that bam SHOULD be warned, but only be given a verbal because he is an smod, and that the sit was just petty, claiming "if it was any other player I would just give a verbal." As far as im aware smods should know the rules better than most players, and be held to a higher regard instead of being given leeway in situations where they very clearly broke the rules. Bam then agrees that it should only be a verbal since it is petty, despite having argued that it wasn't NLR and he shouldn't be given any punishment earlier.
At the end of the day the real issue isn't having broken NLR as that is a small mistake many players can make, but 2 smods arguing that coming directly back to where you were in under 30 seconds and do the same RP interaction with the same player in the same spot isn't NLR, is very worrying to see.

             Hello Terrry, I would like to apologize that you had to go through this situation. There is more than sufficient evidence proving the NLR break, sadly there is no evidence proving the statements of what was said during the sit besides the fact that Bam has a verbal on his profile now. This is a clear cut case of NLR. I am a +1 on this report to change this into a strike, if there is more evidence, or kiezuh agree's with your telling of the story, then I would be a +1 for the report overall. We need to hold our staff to higher standards than a normal player when it comes to such fundamental rules of the server. After reviewing the video evidence, what occurred in that sit is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I offer my deepest of apologies. Mav put it perfectly; "How does that have anything to do with this sit".

Hi Terry I understand your frustration as spirit caller the first time I was going after xp but the second time I went to fountain to get more xp from people involved with the Maxwell and I accidentally hit you in a crowded area you proceeded to shoot me in the back of the head as spirit call I go get xp especially when a Maxwell in my opinion it wasn't NLR kizuh said that it wasnt nlr and that even if it could be placed as that it was an accident I dont agree that I should recive a warn for nlr because it wasnt an intent to kill it was to get xp

There was no one in front of me i was on the out side of the crowd. It was not a accident.

Hello Terrry! I apologize that you had to go through this entire situation aswell as a 30 minute sit. It was completely uncalled for and we are hoping that this does not happen again. I have a clip that shows Bam64 attacking Terrry, dying, then coming back and only attacking him.

Personally, Bam46 should not have gotten a verbal. He should have been warned. Sure, this may be harsh, but he has history and it is unacceptable as an SMod. You are supposed to be a role model to the community and breaking one of the most simple rules does not set a good example. I am a +1 for Bam46 to be warned for NLR.

Id like to point out in the sit bam keep saying that i was in the middle of a crowd/ in a very crowded area when i killed him a second time. Mavs clip shows me right on the out side of the crowd pretty far from the rest of the people. There was no way him hitting me a second time was a accident. At this point the NLR really isnt the issue. The issue is the SMODS lying in a sit.

thats my bad for saying you shot me in the back of the head I'm not very clear as to the second kill but being shot in the back of the head or in front doesn't make this any different

 

and Id like to state that the knife swings fast I understand this to be an accident witch is still technically NLR but I haven't had a warn let alone a NLR warn in 5 months I say adding a note is fine but a warn is too much for a accident
