RDA Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? To explain the sit there was a cop in the CP named �charleston white� who was stun stick abusing me and I was blinded and could not see. I was able to get away from them and went back to the mayor's office. While being in the mayors office he kept stun stick abusing me so I auto-warranted him and arrested him so I could not be blinded by the stun stick. I was warned for �RDA� since I arrested a fellow CP. According to the rule �Police cannot arrest, cuff, or stun fellow officers within RP (Exceptions exist to avoid RDM/Minging)� I was well within my right to arrest the CP to stop him from Minging by stun stick arresting abusing me. I do not believe it would be applicable to this case as charles was not MRDMing or being enough of a minge to other players for it to warrant you arresting him. The reason I did a warn and not a verbal is because under the punishment sheets it shows an intentional as being between a warn and a CP ban, so I did the lower end and gave a warning. Edit: I will say for clarity, I'm neutral on the appeal. For me, it still feels like revenge RDA. However if others feel charles stunstick abusing you (which I did give a verbal for) is enough to fall under those exceptions, I'll be a +1. Using your own words and looking at the rules that is why I made the appeal. Plus according to google the defintion of a minge is " people who attempt troll" he was trolling me by stun stick abusing me. As for if this was a proper punishment. No. I would have told you that you may /advert warn him 3 times and then clapped him instead. Then you at least had reason to kill him and get him away or you could have had the mayor fire him or even vote demote him for stun stick abuse. +1 the warn is 100% not worth the action committed but you also were in the wrong by arresting him and not trying to do the other RP routes first.
