You're not trying to help anyone. You're here to defend your ban. You've contradicted yourself multiple times to the point where you no longer have any credibility. The story is easy to explain. I explained it in 5 sentences in the "To Summarize" section of my OP. 

 

1. You've claimed I continued to RDM people after I killed Special Ed, which is demonstrably false and contradicted yourself in doing so. 

2. You said that I was exclusively banned for RDM yet RDM isn't the exclusive reason in my ban 

3. You said that I killed multiple people who arrested/fined me, but I only did that to a single person, which I admitted myself.

 

You are not trustworthy and personally I wouldn't trust you with any measure of authority. You clearly still have a lot of growing up to do. Anyone with any semblance of integrity would look at the weak claims you made with an incredible amount of suspicion and your reasons for the ban were simple; you lost a 1v1 when you came into my home and decided to ban me for it. That's all there is to it.

Ima try to wrap my head around this.... So basically you were banned on numerous counts of RDM with cops after they arrested you and then paid the fine. Then killed Crabroll who got stuck in your props as you were placing them. Also you admitted to

 

RRDM a cop after you paid his fine. Crabroll is showing you logs of the situation falsifying most of what you stated. Then continued to be rude to Crabroll calling him a young child basically. FailRP'ed as a BlackMarket dealer ect... OKAy..... my man I understand that your upset. Yah know being banned doesn't feel good..... it hurts mentally. The suffering agony of mental stress that you cant play TITSRP GMOD, but you are at fault still. 5 bans before this one, 2 active warns yesterday and left the server while in a sit. Ima have to -1 one this. 

 

*Un-ravels paper* : Good Sir it is with great sadness that you have been reprimanded for your actions and have not handled them with dignity and respect and thou shall stay with punishment from me.

I don't care about being banned, it's not like you'll catch me on this server again anyway. I just wanted to make a statement about how unfair of a situation this is. I've looked through other ban appeals, and it seems like the only person on these forums with a solid head on their shoulders is @Rubik so hopefully he'll get to see this before it's closed.

 

I don't know why you're getting the story wrong. 

 

There was only 1 count of RDM. It was for killing the person after I was fined.

You're assuming I actually prop stuck Crabroll but that's completely false. I'm not sure why you're taking sides in a "he said vs he said" argument but I guess I shouldn't expect objectivity on a Garrys Mod Forum. 

 

I also think it's funny that no one asks why Crabroll decided to come into my house to have a sit with me instead of teleporting me to sitland and get the information himself. Also, he claims that I was "exclusively" banned for RDM but there's multiple ban reasons? Guess we'll just choose to ignore that.

I just told you i came to your house to see whats good, why would i randomly tp someone lmao. People have valid reasons to shoot out of their window, you just dont. I dont think anyone really cares if you are here or not and insulting everyone on the server def doesnt help your chances. Even if rubik comes and reads this, he will come to the same conclusion. 

 

Btw, my age is most likely higher than yours. Not like age means anything. Education-wise, still higher than you

Then why are appealing a ban?? If you are content of staying banned and not being on the server then why go out of your way to post in Ban Apeal?!? I get  that it seems unfair but this is for Ban Apeals if im not wrong

You came into my house to kill me, likely for some rp reason, and then lost and banned me over it.

 

Which was it? RP or Admin reasons?

 

Had you actually been doing admin duties, you would tp me to sitland like virtually every other time an admin has asked me about anything on the server. 

I'm not bothered with if you care why I'm here or not. You say your age is most likely higher than mine, that could be true. As for education, I have my doubts.

No I don't usually record my gameplay, it takes up too much storage. I think it's interesting I have to defend myself with video evidence, when the person making accusations hasn't backed up his claims with any video evidence (despite him being the "authority").
