I was basing inside the Apt buildings just outside of spawn and this CP (Officer Steve Gomesz) For some reason kept trying to get inside my base.

After I killed him multiple times he decided to start propblocking/prop climbing the far right top room. 

The reason of me not starting a votekick on him right away is because I thought he was just fucking around and having fun and its a video game and I didnt want to ruin his fun, Until he started demoting me/Vote kicking me which is where I drew the line of "fun" since he's clearly trying to ruin my fun. 

 

I tried telling him what he was doing was highly against the rules but he didn't wanna listen.
