As I said in my pm's to you, my PC was restarting to auto update in 60 seconds so I did not have time to deal with it. I asked several times in staff chat for anybody else to deal with him for me but received no reply. I also pm'd you my discord tag and told you to message me if nobody dealt with him & that I would re join after my PC restarted just to handle it. You never attempted to contact me so I figured he was put into a sit about this. So saying "instead logged off" is a bit misleading as you make it seem like I just decided to leave for the sole purpose of avoiding handling this. Regarding the report though +1 for punishment because I saw the mayor message and your evidence is clear.
