"the king RDMing without having kingdom is kos law" is allowed, the Kingdom is a base, if someone trespasses your base they are KOS, that law is simply added to avoid confusion. Also the same with party members, essentially party members are the same as being on doors of Kingdom, so they can defend without that law aswell.
