Having building sign with entities , owning two bases

Why are you reporting this player?:

This guy had a building sign with a Lottering sign on his door at the same time. He also had a processor in his base and i could hear it give out a shipment.
If need more proof i can send raw footage through screenshare or on youtube

i see the double basing but i do not see any building signs maybe i over looked it but i also watched the videos 2-3x and still see only a double base and no building signs so most i would do is a verbal / warn for double basing. also don't see a this as a huge issue since i see 0 building signs. so besides that ill forward to other staff and get there input.

I'm going to accept this too as honestly the only thing in question now is what is the punishment. User will be given a warning for the infractions. Accepted
