I notice Idol started placing these glass panes in front of the spawn hallway, and see a bunch of players in spawn hallway unable to get through. When you break them, it makes a noise, when you break a lot they are just cancer to hear. So as a cop, I saw this as solid ground to fine for "Disrupting the peace". I fine him, he proceeds to announce something on the lines of "I already went to a sit for this, let me out now". Naturally, I didnt really care so I fine him. He pays the fine and continues so I send him to the slammer. Shortly after, im brought to a sit and told that "You can just walk through the props, dont do it again or I am going to warn you". Im sent back, and low and behold, hes doing it again, this time in the street. So, these are new grounds to fine him: "Building in the street" so I fine him, 2 or 3 times I believe, until he decides to start attempting to trap me in the props, so I decide to start weaving in between them and arrest him. Once again, brought to a sit, and I am warned for RDA, and told that the only way I can combat it is by warning him (which is retarded) The warning system is used to deter people from harassing you, being annoying, following you, etc. You dont warn someone when they are prop blocking you, that has never been a thing you usually make a report. I avoided doing that though because I saw it as just a waste of time really, so I opted to handle it within RP. 

 

Now, yes, you CAN walk through the props, if there is only 1 placed down. When there is a lot of them bunched up to each other, you cant. Either way I believe its just an unneeded nuisance, especially taking into account Idol admitted he is doing it just to mess with people. Its pretty funny that we put all of these harassment rules in place, yet we have people who contribute nothing but antagonize others while staff cover for them. You can twist it which ever way youd like but thats what it is, simply a rationalization of being an asshole. (Clips are above, my OBS reset so I dont have audio but its really not important.)

I believe that Idol was indeed propblocking, i am very aware of how easy is to break them props, but when you break them all to get out of the spawn tunnel only to him to spawn even more is when it gets annoying

 

And regarding the warn, smods correct me if i am wrong, from my understanding, i was told that fines and arrests can be interchanged, although i don't believe Insurance Agent should get punished, but instead your warn just being taken off your record.
