The rule states that staff shouldn't be making up rules in a sit which means they have to go exactly what that rule states, the moderator in question that allowed you this permission stated a scenario that is not stated in the official TitsRP DarkRP Server Rules. No offence taken!, In the situation that I was talking to him about in the picture above I told him to use the vote kick system if sits are just not being taken at all like if staff are afk because during that time there were 2-3 staff online and afk at the time. However if sits were being taken which could be seen by staff bringing/returning people then he would just need to be patient. I have been in the situation before where sits will pile up so you just pin them and work your way towards the newer sits and if sits take a while it can seem like sits aren’t being taken. Yes, it does indeed state that in useful command list on the TitsRP wiki that you can use it while staff are afk, however there was one staff member that wasn't afk and was present as his computer and he was doing an event, so I shouldn't have been votebanned while there was a staff member presently on his computer. I do appreciate your response to your appeal, and I apologies if it came off with a rude tone. I am by the book type of person when it comes to situations like this. A normal player is probably not going to have the same judgement as a staff member would and the fact that I got votebanned with people voting that I didn't even interacted with proves my point, they just voted yes because they could and like I said there was a staff member presently in game so you can see why I am unsatisfied with the action taken against me. All I want is that ban not to show on my record anymore, and maybe more clarification to that subsection of the rules so there is no confusion. Fitz Posted October 18, 2021 Author Share Posted October 18, 2021 Seems like there is more of a problem of staff not prioritizing sits, as we speak I have made a ticket for NLR and RDM and one is doing an event and the other one is kingdom raiding. A staff member was online, not afk as I stated. The video provided is invalid and doesn't shown anything of "Mass FailRP".
