While I was stalking a player, he came up and started punching me and a group of players, also came back after I killed him and gunned me down. And while I was disguised as a bloods leader as Master Stalker, he changed his job to a crip member just to kill me.

ARDM and RDM, yes. FailRP, I'd have to disagree. The whole point of the bloods/crips job is that they are at constant war. You could say that he only become crip with the intent to kill you, but since bloods are KOS to crips, there is really no rule against what he did.
