Why were you banned or warned?

MRDM. I was watching my girlfriend play on my name last night. Most of her kills were either from people, have damaged her, which is law 1, or has killed the necromancer, for spawning goons, which is KOSable act. Other than that I assume the fucking prick that kept breaking NLR x5 times, to harass my girlfriend, who was on this name reported her. Not only did she adverted before killing the fucker and some of the other players as well, but she claims she even tried reporting the fucker to the staff that was online 3 times. The only problem with reporting players that late is that my girlfriend and I noticed for the past 2 weeks that some of the people join the server and either go afk throughout the time they're on, fall asleep at the computer, or not bother with any reports throughout the time they're on, which they should be demoted for.

I don't have any evidence because my girlfriend had no patience in restarting the frozen computer too many times, one night, which fucked up the computer, and can no longer record videos and screenshots wouldn't be any good at properly showing what was going on. Especially not the harassment side.

If you ask whoever was the staff online between 12 am - 3 am Sat morning, CST, which is her entire online session, maybe they could confirm it. If not review all of the logs that night for Binary Chimp between that time and it will confirm all this information in the logs.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because the mods had actually done their job and dealt with the toxic and MRDMing players, like they were supposed to, and not have had waited until after my girlfriend went offline, to deal with this situation from a false report from one of the opposite involved players, side, this was going on with, this wouldn't have happened. Instead of ignoring her reports when she really needs assistance. Lastly, I must point out that she was banned by an admin who, I must say, was not online throughout the entire time this toxicity had taken place and blindly banned my account, without knowing what really went down at the time, in which this all occurred.

Hi, I’m currently unavailable to grab the evidence I need to prove this ban was legitimate as I’m away from home and logs are only saved to the hard drive of my computer, so I will be accepting your appeal and I will have another moderator unban your account.
