It all started with me being falsely fired from CP by the mayor Comrade pookie for fining above 5$ (id like to note, green confirmed i didnt fine a  single person on the server)I called a sit and it wasnt taken. 5 minutes or so go by and i create another ticket with updated details such as how the mayor is falsely firing but also has laws that hinder CP from doing their jobs properly. Waited 5 minutes or so and call a votekick on the mayor. He then reconnected and  then called a sit on me. its ya boi Green claims his sit as soon as he got back online (go figure) and it ends with him restricting me from calling a votekick for 15 minutes after a solid 7 minutes in the sit. Yes, i understand it states you cannot call a votekick with staff online, for that i say, if staff were "online" they would have immediately stopped the vote from finishing as they do all the time but they did not. During this drawn out sit, not once did Green say pookie couldn't make those laws which is really the basis for this report, Its funny though because he realized that it wasn't a false votekick but still had to find a way to punish me with restricting my votekick privs for 15 mins.

Pookies laws consisted of changing your name and not fining above 5 dollars. My argument in the sit was that if i cant make fines greater than 5 dollars then i cant fine for bounty's, and that is a huge hindrance to a cop especially when there's over 100 players on the server. During the sit pookie was repeatedly quoting the second part of the CP rule and somehow acting as if it voids the first part. (You cannot make laws that hinder CPs from doing their job properly ) Pookie also claimed in the sit all you have to do is change the fine amount which is quite literally a pretty big hindrance. All while green has nothing to say to pookies statements. In fact he allowed the laws even after the sit but for some reason didn't tell me my votekick was false. By defintion the word hinder means the following.

I also ask that staff either enforce the rule or change the MOTD to their pleasing.

 

i would also like to note, green is still usually a decent staff member, thought id include that as compared to others id give him an A

I spoke to green and I talked to him about what happen.  You are allowed to vote kick/ vote ban when zero staff are taking sits or afk. If you made sits and no staff helped you and you waited a fairly amount of time.  You can use your vip powers. I don't feel this was the right punishment for this scenario.
