I did not cuff you to fine you for something that happened before I died, I respawned and had checked the bounty list (your name was on there too) and also I was i was walking out of spawn first person i see happens to be you standing there with an illegal weapon (and that bounty.)  If I'm wrong i will happily take the consequences but that's my side of things.  I did not just try to come back and break NLR, you killed me near spawn so of course im going to walk out of spawn and I see you with 2 reasons to be arrested.

Im aware you didnt cuff me for that specific scenario, it doesnt matter though. This isnt the exact scenario, but it is basically the CP equivalent "Going back to the road you died on to a hitman to kill the hitman NOT ALLOWED" I killed you, you come running back and cuff and fine me. Supposedly, you cuffed and fined me out of convenience, but it is obvious you were checking those bounties hoping to see my name.

Those are two different situations though. Going back to kill the hitman who just killed you is revenge RDM, you are killing them for no other  reason then they just killed you. In this situation you killed me for going after your party member. I respawned, then I saw you had a bounty AND you were clearly holding an illegal weapon that is also against the laws (default in motd) while I was walking out of spawn.  By the way, I check bounties every time that I respawn to see if they've been updated so I wasn't "hoping to see your name" or trying to target you.

I see players get warned for this exact scenario. It is 100% not allowed to initiate a scenario so similar. After something like this, unless I do something drastic, you should basically pretend I dont exist.

 

Heres a scenario for you: I get killed by Estebon, so I decide to go back and kidnap him, is this allowed?

You keep bringing up hypothetical situations that involve kidnapping, and hitmen when every situation is different. I'm not going to go back and forth about it, I said my side of the story and you've posted a forums report so the other staff will take care of it. If I'm in the wrong then I will take the consequence like I stated.

From what i've seen and read, you killed toosi, then, he checked the bounty list, saw that you were there and did fine you for your bounty, i dont see why he would need to get punished, you also had a gun out

So youre saying if I die as CP, I can go back, fine, or arrest the player I just died to as long as its for a new reason? Thats dangerous territory if you encourage this. I dont think you guys get the point of NLR.

yes, if they break a new law and you see it, you can fine or arrest them because you saw it in your new life

 

And for the bounty, if in their new life checked the bounty list and you were there, they can fine you because they checked it in the new life

I tried to explain that to him in-game. I have been called into a sit for a similar situation (when i wasn't staff) and this is also what I was told by more than 1 staff member.
