I also told you in VC that you weren't talking and that you needed to talk in chat. I don't have proof of this but it's something to keep note of, now the NLR thing, Marco kidnapped you, and you went back to try to kill him. The sit really can't be done in the server because you were already banned, so I guess it can be done here... What is your response to this? Why did you go back and kill Marco?

no i did not try to kill him because he kidnapped me he kidnapped a gang/party member

Alrighty, so the situation is different but NLR still applies, you were killed by marco after trying to kill him for kidnapping your friend.

You then went back and tried to kill him which another person ended up snagging him.

 

You broke NLR, now a 1 day ban is definitely not a punishment for breaking NLR once, so I will be reducing it to a warning since the non-compliance wasn't valid.
