Why were you banned or warned?

I was originally banned for 6 hours for attempted MRDM. I had joined the server when it was more or less empty (around 20 people). It was a pretty chill environment, so I was just hitting people with a Master Sword and ended up killing two of them iirc. Snitchnut took me into a sit because someone had reported me for MRDM. I originally thought nothing would come of it, since no one was being serious and I wasn't seriously attempting to MRDM. However, he told me that he would have to ban me or he could get in trouble. I understood and just let it happen. Since it was only 6 hours, I decided to just wait it out instead of appealing it. However, when I tried to join back today, I saw that my ban was extended to 5 days by Spartan (steam id STEAM_0:1:155417485). I'm very confused by this. No one on the server was being serious, other people were RDMing each other, and I was just messing around, no one was upset or bothered by me going around hitting people randomly. I'm also confused why I was the only one punished when other people were doing the same thing.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

It was a simple misunderstanding. No one was upset, the person who called the sit was playing around in the sit, he wasn't being serious, and neither was the admin (up until he had to ban me). I don't normally act like an idiot on this server, and I rarely cause problems. I just want to get back on the server as soon as possible. If I have to wait the 5 days, then alright, but I believe the ban should have ended after the 6 hours were up.

5 days, but it was originally for 6 hours.

Your original ban was one day, as t-mods can only ban for up to a day (this can be seen if you search your steam id in the bans tab). Someone was obviously upset about it if they made a sit. You were only banned for 5 days which is pretty generous so I'd maybe take what you got, but I am -1 for unban.

Yeah, it was my fault at first, since i banned you for just 6h, when i dont know who told me, i think it was isaac, that in fact, AMRDM was a 5-7d ban and not a 6h ban

You need to understand that you can't just go stabbing people without consent. Had you been given consent, preferrably in chat you couldnt have been banned. If you want to mess around with people and RDM them you need to be 100% certain they are consenting and okay with it. If they do not consent, or consent in VC and you dont record they could make a sit and have you warned for RDM. It's very important to get some sort of provable consent for situations like this. If you want to trust your friends to not report you, you may do so, but when they report if you have no evidence, it won't be on your side.

I'm gonna go ahead and DENY this, please take this as a lesson learned and only mess with people who are fully consenting, and in a way that you can prove, either with chat logs or in recording. It's very important to get permission to kill someone for no reason, otherwise its legit just RDM.
