ODA Envy Posted March 27, 2016 Share Posted March 27, 2016 I am the person that banned him. The ban reason was RDM / LTAP and the length was 3 days. What happened. RedShark reported Wetar for RDM. Wetar told me he was defending his friend. logs showed Redshark did not hurt his friend. Wetar said nevermind he attacking my car. Wetar said he had recording and he was getting it for him. We waited almost 40 minutes and Wetar didn't return. Banned Wetar for RDM / LTAP The video you are showing is not of when you killed him, I'm pretty sure that happened prior. Anyways, in logs it shows you killing him and you couldn't explain why you did with proof, until you can show video of him doing something then you killing him for it the ban will stay, as of right now your 'proof' is false. I might even extend it for lying to staff because I do not see him attacking your car or your friend in the video like you claimed he did. 03/27/16 10:40:18 AM [Disconnected]WetarThose(Master Chief) disconnected from the server. Sugar if you want to check it happened prior to him disconnecting, maybe like 10-15 minutes before he left. Only people who have the unban command are allowed to unban now. re-banning people for a shorter time is no longer allowed. Wetar, your ban has been extended to one week. The reasons are RDM / LTAP / lying to staff, the lying to staff was added for providing false evidence which successfully led to you being falsely unbanned. Even if you didn't RDM him your ban would only be shortened by one day, you told me it was because he was shooting at your car and in the video the only time I see him near your car was when you put it parallel to the curb and it caused you to bump him with it. He is moderator and the fact that a staff member is writing a ban appeal is stupid. To me this is more of an staff report and the matter of the fact is that staff should get along with each other. I also wished we had video of the sit, because siting in an area for 40 minutes is a waste for everyone time. It's EASTER guys, I was expecting that staff members would get along and we all host maybe admin events throughout the day. For example, that Egg hunt that stoner was holding. He has video of the sit, unless he deleted it. He told me he has a program that auto records when he plays and stops when he closes the game so if you really want it wetar can provide. Also I know mods physically can do it but erston told me mods are not allowed to do it. I think that out of all this waiting around and leaving the server is stupid. but anyway... At 39:10, Weltar had reason for trying to kill zombieslayer He did damage to Weltar's car, so he does have reason to kill him At 40:10, Weltar had reason for trying to kill zombieslayer He did damage to Weltar's car, so he does have reason to kill him Also, Zombieslayer broke NLR at that pointThe most interesting part was at 40:17. Redshark went up to Weltar and asks, "Hey, why do you RDM?"
