Honestly I got no clue why or how i rdmed someone. I was playing tits after reset and chilling with blue. I hop off for the night cos it was 6 in the morning. I would like some insight on why I was banned or how it was brought up to me being banned and how he gathered that evidence. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? The person who reported me was supposedly a cultist. He swung his bludgeon and so I killed him (this is the only reason I would kill him). I would like to know still how this sit was handled. Did you ask him if he swung his bludgeon? The reason I left that night at that time was I got off after blue got off. Only reason I was still playing was I was gonna stay up with blue he can vouch for this. When I killed him I didn't see any messages in ooc asking why I killed him. I am also wondering if you checked his damage to see if he kidnapped someone and I killed him. The hitman couldve attacked me but i dont remember why I shot him crossfire maybe. The fact is theres a lack of logs of the other side of this. point is i didnt leave the avoid the punishment I got off because blue got off and it was 6 in the morning and I was tried. So if anything I think i deserve the extra 2 days from the ltap off and have the remaining hours i have left be my ban. I also dont understand how you deducted I had no intent to rp. I would love to have a voice call to know how this whole situation after I got off happened. The sit and how you read logs. I will have to what staff think about the situation, before I make a decision. I do believe that your kills may have been valid, since you said that they were kidnapping, but the best thing to help, is if you could bring evidence to help that claim as well. I think a ban reduction would be more fitting, because I still am not sure on whether or not you did attack validly, because you did not bring any evidence to the appeal.
