Hacker entities that won't hack

Description:

Hackers can hack a lot of things right, like up to twenty? Well, we can lower it with some entities present in the map not necessarily letting me "hack" them. What I am saying is several NPCs or objects do not allow me to hack them to either produce said results, XP, or overall satisfaction in the aftermath. I have identified some, but if you have more, please add on.
♣ RSB- Get the money for the next 3 RSB
♣ Kings Portal- Send the next person to the sewers and Send the next person to PD Jail
♣ Vehicle Scrapper- None of the options work. Meaning I cant disable NPC for 3 minutes, Get money from the next 5 deposits, or make the next car explode.
┬ On several occasions, said results may not produce for some working entities as well. It may not be a bug, more on latency, but hopefully, it doesn't increase.
If I missed some, like I said, plus add them below. You will identify them if you used the hacker role and experienced said above.

How to reproduce:

Become the hacker role, use your phone after saving hacker power, right-click to select the options above, and identify if said results were accumulated after the process is finished. Like I said though, it may be different for several others.

yes, I have encountered these issues on my end, I hope they get fixed sometime.

Two things, 

1. Some entities you can hack multiple times while others you can only hack once. These entities will need to be "unhacked" by the Security Specialist & will display a red icon on them when they are hacked. Most entities can be hacked multiple times and will not display a red icon when you hack them.
2. There is a cooldown on earning XP for hacking certain entities to prevent abuse. These are usually entities that don't require a lot of hack power. 

Is it possible that you think it's not working because you are either not seeing the red "hacked" icon or are not receiving the notification for earning XP?

the issue is he had hacked it with the option to send the next person who enters to the sewers, no sparks appeared and he then enters the portal and gets teleported to the kingdom, NOT the sewers.

In that case, it's most likely the portal was hacked by another Hacker already.

maybe for a future update we could look into implementing a feature that displays that clearer? because this often frustrates me aswell
