False Ban for a misunderstanding of a "MRDM" that I commited while playing Chief SWAT when I was on the street kos e-beggars when they were damaging the mayor and some dealt damage and shot in my direction. One of them got me into a sit for MRDM where he was killed in the crossfire. e-beggars and those who were damaging the mayor kept breaking NLR and coming back to the Mayor and trying to damage him and me. I explained this to the admin: johneysrap (STEAM_0:1:188456290)

He did not take into consideration the rp aspect of the situation and only went off dlogs and the other persons story saying I was mass rdming and killed him on purpose when he kept breaking NLR to damage the mayor and that was not taken into consideration.

You claimed that you were defending the mayor even though most of the people you killed if they did attack the mayor or you did so in another life, and when they returned you KOS'd them. You claim it's crossfire but there was as per logs a good distance between damage going on to each person for it to seem like distinctive kills were given one after the other. I'm not sure what other RP scenarios you're trying to note that you were having that signifed it was just to KOS everyone who was E-Begging (Not a valid reason to KOS people) You have the right to kill people who you see assault the mayor as a CP, but I didn't see that in the logs. You can check for yourself and I pasted logs DURING THE SIT that showed many of your kills were invalid. Since you weren't able to provide evidence that it's obvious they were shooting near, I was forced to go with proof, which is good enough. I gave you the benefit of the doubt to and checked NLR logs of each kill to make sure it wasn't past lobby of pd which the mayor moply had made KOS in their run, and every kill I investigated was on the street or not in the PD. In combination with the fact the people never attacked you I was forced to make the decision that may be seen as rash of giving you an according ban due to the fact you were not able to provide valid evidence of you having ACTUAL Rp reasons like people attacking the mayor in front of you which I had investigated for, by the way. I made sure to give you a good chance in an almost 30 minute sit explaining each rule you broke with the goal to teach you and the fact you kept changing your story really concreted the fact that you didn't actually have a real story and were trying to like take advantage of logs not being on a case by case basis. I didn't appreciate your behavior during the sit even if you weren't disrespectful you still ignored most of my logic that I implemented and instead tried to snake your way out of each RP scenario. So given this ban is completely valid from just the logs I've seen I am gonna just be closing this appeal. You are free to report me on this same website if you believe that i am a bad staff member and made the wrong decision but as per my best judgement and your previous offenses I believe you've played long enough to know it's not valid to just KOS everyone who you say is near the mayor.
