Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Well , my standard ban was for "Spamming OOC with the same message over and over again, told to stop | Banned 4 times for it before" And this is the only action that i can take my fault on , the spamming message was a PEACEFULLY message thanking the Staff for their duties . This said , i'm sure that my adopted behaviour was wrong , and i can take that into account, already apologized many times despite the positive message that i was sending trough.
What i do not take responsabilities for is what happened after that ban .

This has never happened from my side , as i've actually reported to the Staff team , many peoples, that i want to say and so to make sure you know, I DO NOT KNOW WHO ,otherwise i would have provided the info at the times to the Staff Members , after seeing that ban have decided to make fake accounts and spamming the positive message "Thanks to all the Staff etc etc " .
I can't blame the Staff for thinking that it was me , i can however blame them because they ain't made sure it was me ( IP , Location ) Since i'm from italy ( in my opinion ) it would have been easy for the Staff to look on that in order to exclude the chance that i was involved , it didn't happened and in fact i was shocked , and i'm still shocked a little after all this time because the Staff is Refusing to review the info that they may had the chance to access into .

Now pay attention because as Mr Walter the Assault , the Staff has identified me as Alting the account because there are a few DM me and Mr Fuel had in discord , and Staff is saying that it was obliviously me because the chat that was shared between me and him has been exported out in public discord. I'm about to give you the picture of the DM me and Fuel had , and you will be the judge of this content which i consider another time a positive behaviour that i had with him . Here's the link

Now here's my reflection :
Walter has said : There are many more bans. I don't have them on me, but you're also forgetting to mention the DMs your bots sent Fuel (your initial banning staff) spamming him over and over which pretty obviously gave you away, as well as the content of the spambot messages that popped up mere minutes after we banned your Discord alt for spamming the same messages both in gen and DMs being the same message you just got done being banned for spamming in Discord and ingame, and all of it directed at your banning staff. - // You can find the link here : https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/13929-analysis-review/?tab=comments#comment-94000

If Walter means , "Thanks to all the Staff [...]" was the text that other users were adopting , well there isn't anything new , pretty much the 60 % of the people that currents plays the server know me as someone who write that , so it comes obliviously that there were people spamming that . Probably it was this that Walter did want to mean that has been "Exported" and lead him to think i shared my fact, but another point come's to my mind and it's here :

Do you guys see that i've spammed into fuel chat for any reason ? Or do you see someone acting weird but still with a positive attitude ? Is it a problem of Fuel providing another version of his DM to the High Ranks ? Or is it a problem of the Higher Staff not verifying his version of the story ? By the way , my objective is only One as everybody knows , i want just to join the server again with a behaviour that the Staff consider legit and not anymore against their policy, and then play the piano as i was always doing .

Evidences ? I've never seen even one picture , useless to say i didn't do that , that's really a huge accusation that goes immediatly/obliviously with evidences <- !

These "Evidence" Provided to me ( https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/13929-analysis-review/?tab=comments#comment-94000 ) only got me to understand that the Staff Effectively had problems with these alted account that had to deal with , and they didn't made just a Show , but we are talking of problems that were not regarding myself in any way . As i remember that i accepted the punishment the Staff always gave to me , but everyone , and i repeat Everyone, knowing that they're not part of that fault , would choose to not take the perma ban for something they haven't committed.
These pictures that Walter has presented against me , are saying everything and nothing at the same time , there isn't any IP linked to those account with me , any location , and do have i to think Staff hasn't accounted it ? For me it's like trying to add Shit to make themself a good story for a good perma ban . ( This hasn't to mean to be disrespectful ) i'm trying to make sense with everything because i have to prove you i wasn't .
Was the Staff more inclinated to an easy answer for everything , or maybe try to dig more on my case to verify that they were falsely perma banning someone that anything had to do with these Stuff ?

Do you guys think that if you would be in my same situation, for something you haven't done , would you be HAPPY to read these things ??

I really hope someone is able to close his eyes and think to my situation right now from my pow .

Guys , once more time , i'm just telling you that i love you ( everyone ) very much , the Staff even more because they do an excellent job on most cases , what else do you want me to say ? With this i wish that God bless you and your family and that the Staff will give me the chance to let you hear back my piano music .
I want also to remember , that i've been always peacefully with everyone , you'll not find in the server logs/public server chat/discord/forum that i have been rude with the Staff .
Why am i saying this ? Well of course because it goes with the logic of my post, and previous un ban appeal .
If you guys ever had an aspect/evidence of me or my personality that there would have been a reason for why i should went against you, you can say that my behaviour that i had with you differs from what i'm saying , but since what i've been on the server goes the same with what i am writing , why should the Staff doubt of my word ? I've tried to collect all the evidence that i had .

At the end of the day , my beautiful people , i'm just asking for another chance , i know i've spammed too much (thanks to the staff etc) but close a single eye for a moment and think that it is a positive message, why should i get a perma-ban for this ? Why shouldn't you give me another chance ? I have my bad points okay , but i can stay in a community , you all are beautiful people, we do know shit is everywhere , i'm doing all these efforts just for what ? Just to join the server i once used to gift the people there good music while loving the idea to make your server look even more sexy . Is it really this that you want to crush on me ? No mercy ? It's 3 months that i'm banned for "Thanking the Staff" and my only wish when i had time was to join just to play piano . Thanks for your attention

Blue Perma / Fuel originally 3 days then on appeal confirmed Perma

How long were you warned or banned for?

1 Week Standard ( I think ) Then changed into Perma.

Hi there. Your appeal makes a few misleading statements and doesn't actually do anything to build on your case.

 

I had originally written a large post building a case against you showing that it was either you or somebody that you should have knowledge of, but upon reviewing the evidence again we can see you admitting to wrongdoing. Fuel had messaged you after the bot spam began with NSFW content, but before these messages mysteriously appeared in the spam.

"What the fuck are you doing"

"Thanking the Staff Mr Fuel"

 

Given closer inspection of your screenshot, this appeal is denied. You may appeal again at such a time you can provide evidence of another likely suspect given the bots were spamming general chat and messaging Fuel with all of those messages in your DMs directly copy/pasted, as stated in your previous appeal.
