I was talking to a guy on the street and another guy walked up to me. They said my player model was an error, but I was just a citizen. Another person had told me that before I left spawn but I ignored it. The second guy who walked up told me to type "effects_reload" in console to fix it. I thought why not, and typed it to fix my player model. Next thing I know, I'm permanently banned.

I do not think I am the only person who this happened too because looking at the ban list I was second in a row of three that this happened too. There are probably people that found this exploit and are trolling oblivious people into getting themselves banned.
