Why were you banned or warned?

I shot someone and it was counted as revenge rdm, so i got a buddy to place a hit on the guy so i wouldn't be breaking any rules so i was scoped in with an awp on the guys head and i told my friend while i was scoped in (important that i was scoped in) to place the hit. She said "the hits placed shoot him" so i shot him but since it was my first time playing on the server as a hit man i didnt know u had to accept the hit compared to some servers where its automatic. So i shot the guy and after i unscoped from the bolt i saw "accept hit on tyters 200$" " yes or no" boxs. He called a sit and the mod ( dan mcstubbins) put us both in jails and wanted to say it was rdm over and over again after i explain it was a simple mistake and i didnt mean to break any rules because i thought it was pretty understandable. When he finally said do it again and its a ban he unjailed me and as he was typing i was running around tyters who was still in a cage knifing his cage. Dan walked infront of me while i was knifing so i accidently killed him with my knife and he said "ok i change my mind" and banned me for rrdm and rdm in a sit for 24h i thought it was pretty scummy so here i am.

It was a mear accident and he decided to ban me.

I dont have any video proof because i run the game on a low enough frame rate as it is and i wasnt planning on breaking any rules so sorry about that but i explain the best i could. (also after he banned me he kept spamming bountys on my friend to piss her off ;/)

Your attitude was horrible during the sit, and you were intentionally minging as well. I already warned you before, and you rdmed the same guy again, and I was gonna ban you for a day, but then you said that hits were automatic in the previous server, so I was gonna give the benefit of the doubt, but as I was unjailing tayters, you killed me. You're not supposed to minge in a sit regardless, so I didn't think you would heed my warning, so I went ahead and banned you. You need to fix your behavior and attitude, so take the day off to reflect on that. DENIED.
