Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

He said the reason he had to ban me was because I already had a warn from earlier that night, despite the fact that I explained on both occasions that I killed SilverDuck because he was on stairs (which was KOS at the time). I still think I'm guilty of the second RDM but that should be made a warn since the warn from earlier was false.

I don't have any actual evidence besides the fact that both times that I tried to explain how I killed SilverDuck because he was on the stairs of the PD, the banning admin just ignored me.

The law said you have to be past the stairs in order to do so, and so basically you rdmed him despite what the laws said. Not only that, you blatantly did fail RP and INTENTIONALLY RRdmed him. I'm sorry, but if you had evidence of the situation, maybe this could of turned out differently for you, but despite that warning I put out, you still RDMED, meaning you didn't follow the warning, thus requiring a ban.
