I commented on the video, I checked it out before you posted the appeal. NLR is not returning to the line of sight. It is returning to interact. If they would have came back and tried to arrest you, or stun gunned you, or wanted you again, anything like that would have been NLR. You sniped them for simply walking through the tunnel. At one point the cop was legit talking to someone else and you snipe him from 200 feet away, then put text that says "breaking NLRx2". Nobody broke NLR in the video man, you were massRDMing. Now, I can believe that you may have misunderstood the rule, but you should have called a sit instead of repeatedly killing them when they weren't even coming after you. -1

thank you for that i was still wanted on top of that with them just coming over you seen how the dude wants me in spawn and tells me to go out so he can arrest me and then he beats me with a stun gun harassing me so i leave and kill the officer that was following me and him and they come back immediately to resume rp as can be seen when hes trying to snipe me from his spawn and sneaks up the tunnel with gun in hand to kill me and the dude in the down on the right i sniped yes i do agree he had never known i was there and i still sniped him which i can take the fault for simply for the fact it was mistaken for ferb:) so i agree that was rdm but not the ferb guy

From me looking at the video the people that you killed were not breaking NLR and the video shows you Mass RDMing them so its going to be a -1 from me

At the 3:17 time stamp that was rdm like you warned him but what for? He wasn't really doing anything. Some of the reasoning for some of your warns were also iffy. But the tunnel part is primarily why you got banned

 

You were wanted in spawn and you killed the cops which is ok, then you go retreat in the tunnel where ferb goes to the same place (where he just died) again assuming he's trying to arrest you which I would also guess he'd be doing, then you kill him, then ferb within spawn tries to kill you . I do believe that you rdmed ryaonook in this scenario but I do see where ur coming from that guy tried to arrest you and ur still wanted, though it was kinda obvious he wasn't going for you, then ferb after dying in the same place goes back and then u proceed to snipe him. If I were you and this was happening I would totally believe the same thing that ferb was trying to arrest/kill me because he keeps trying to come to the some what remote spot and he was just trying to kill me from spawn. I mean I think this plays a lot of miscommunication, I don't think you'd make a youtube video about the server then proceed mass rdm. While ferb didn't break nlr its pretty understandable you had no ill intent and you believed that he was actively breaking a rule and was trying to arrest you. I think with better communication between you and bm this could of been resolved with a warn about what to do next time, I see this as a misunderstanding and I think you should be unbanned due to you posting this a couple days in to your ban already and not purposefully breaking the rule. Our goal as staff is to educate over punish after all, also learn whats nlr and what isn't it will come in handy.
