Why were you warned/banned?: I accidentally hit my key bind to the alien disguise (Having fun, everyone was at the time, it's on the side of my mouse), and Koda arrested me and I glitched and got perma arrested and couldnt get out (because I had realized I hit it accidentally, and tried to get out of it to run from him to continue rp, but couldn't because of the arrest glitch), he then gave me a false sit (I was telling him through my mic I am glitched Koda, I hit my keybind), and abused his power... probably power tripping at 3:30 in the morning, 30 min before reset because he had a bad day or something. I was banned from a glitch that happened to me.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I did nothing wrong, he was going to warn me but kept me for like 15-20 minutes for nothing. I feel justified in my actions and words, and he didn't understand my point of view at all. He just wanted someone to bully, it was obvious he was salty cuz I kissed him as an alien while he was AFK and came back only to sit me. That's what it felt like from my point of view.

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Koda Lee for 2 days.

Evidence: There was no evidence to give me the full FailRP, he was going to warn me, but my internet disconnected because he held me for no reason for 15-20 minutes for an irrelevant sit and I was tryng to make money from my bitminer before the reset ended which was impossible because he wouldn't let me go. My internet resets 15 minutes before server reset because I work from home and they require a reset of the servers I use to maintain it, and the least amount of traffic is from 3-4 a.m Mountain time. I don't feel like staff did their best in this situation. Jungle would vouch for me, Kunty, Blue, Spartan ETC... Come on, I do nothing but rp and have fun, and it seemed like Koda was out for me or something that night last night.

I brought you to a sit for FailRP just telling you not to do it again, you logged out on me, if your internet cut out on you, I have no problem with unbanning you since it could have been a mistake on my part for not checking connection logs. I don't have anything against you since you are a kind player and I hope it is the same for you.

 

I will accept this ban appeal and remove your punishment as it was a false punishment, I hope you can forgive me for my mistake..
