Why were you warned/banned?: IRDM in sit/staff disrespect

 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I have been fucked with enough. Its 7 in the morning already heated from being muted and dissed by staff. I go to help my friends and kill someone. He then proceeds to yell and I quote, "You are breaking NLR I'm a MOD" He then pulls me to a sit. I tell him to check logs. He checks them. I called him a retard because he was pissing me off in the first place calling a random guy out for NLR and pulling the "Im a mod" card. After he saw that I did not break NLR he says "It was the other Hacker" At this point he should've returned me instantly but instead he goes to talk to the other Hacker. So I was completely pissed off at that point and killed him. I was brought to a sit I should've never been in and should not be banned. This man tried to use his staff card to intimidate players which should not be the way staff should be portrayed. I did not appreciate being yelled at for doing nothing wrong and being pulled to a sit like a rule breaker all because I killed "A Mod" Overall put me in a bad mood.

 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Blue banned me for 3 days

Evidence: I do not record sadly. My Buddy was pulled to the sit and watched it all go down. He was even telling the mod that I did not break NLR and shouldn't have been pulled in the first place. He was also there to see me get dissed by staff in ooc for asking a question. My friends name that watched it all is Dessaix

I brought the king and was talking to the king about NLR when i was saying that because i had just killed him in a kingdom raid, I brought you because i had killed a hacker, and saw you coming so I brought to check the logs and you started screaming at me, calling me retarded, and being very disrespectful, and when i checked logs and saw that the hacker i killed was a different hacker I explained that, even brought the guy but you just kept yelling shit above me while i was trying to explain, and when I said "alright man you can stop with the disrespect" you told me to suck your cock and gunned me down in a sit aswell as shot the other guy twice, so I'm giving this a huge fat -1 but I will leave this up for other staff to examine of course so you don't feel I am being biased :)

The whole deal is that you pulled the 'That's NLR Im a MOD" to try and put intimidation over players. Im sure you would be upset too for playing the game and a staff member tried to powergame over you when you did nothing wrong. Instead of bringing the other hacker you should have returned me. I had no need to be in a sit. and you did not say "Alright man can you stop with the disrespect" Stop trying to make yourself look respectful for other staff to see. I was only trying to play the game and get yelled at and brought into a sit for doing nothing wrong. Again I am already in a bad mood from a staff member earlier muting me for saying a bad word then bad mouthing me in ooc for asking a question.

I'll also leave this up for further opinion, but I don't see how him informing you of his rank is intimidating. I see him thinking you broke NLR and getting a little heated, him finding out it was a different person, and you gunning him down because you weren't returned as fast as you would've liked. If Blue did yell at you in an unprofessional manner and you had reported it, it could've been solved easily. Instead you decided to start name calling and then RDMed.

I showed 0 malicious intent up to the point of me getting pulled. It just completely set me off. I should not be banned for 3 days over this small issue of me killing you. Is the 5 seconds it takes for you to tp back really equiv to 3 full days. Practically 4 days because of the time that I was banned at.

Dude you broke the rules man, you committed a bannable offense, and you were extremely disrespectful, dunno what else you want me to say. Had you just paced yourself and you know, not RDM'd me, you would have never been banned, I would have explained the situation, apologized, explain that the guy i had killed was a different hacker, returned you, dealt with the king, and then return him, and you could be chilling on the server doing whatever you were doing before you decided to walk into the kingdom and start blasting, which also an admin can also check if you were even in a party at the time, because thats the only way you can assist in an RP scenario, and if you were in a party, they can also check if you announced in /y that you were assisting your party member, because i certainly didnt hear a word from you until i brought you into the sit.

I did not know about this party thing. I asked if you had to call for raids earlier in OOC and I got made fun of by a staff member for it. The whole situation was handled wrongly. I shouldn't have been in a sit in the first place. Once You were done with me you should've returned me at that point in time instead of moving on to a different person.
