Why were you warned/banned?: Exploiting the mayor election

 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : About 4 or so months back there was a glitch with the NPC for elections and there would be no way for the mayor to be unelected or something like that. I walked up to the mayor election NPC and voted for a regular mayor election however there was a glitch where the preventive invisible walls weren't there and I didn't read the signs (my fault, I understand) I was banned permanently. After some people were complaining about it in the chat another person accidentally ran for mayor and that person WASN'T baned they were just warned. I believe this was unfair and overall a really confusing situation. I took some time off the server and joined the Marine Corps as a machine gunner(GUNS UP 0331s!). I really do love this server and it's so unique and different, I also play on a potato and it's one of the only servers I can get on and enjoy. I just want to play again and it's not like I mass RDM'd everybody.

 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Big Sticks / Permaban

 

(Sorry I don't have any proof other than the ban format when I try to join)

Congratz on joining the military, good on you! The burden of proof is on your shoulders for any ban appeal so I will give this a neutral unless anybody comes forwards of video clearly showing exactly what happened prior to the ban. If what you said was true I think you should be unbanned but I just need the hard proof.

This ban is literally insane. It's not like you broke any server rules. Sounds like this Moderator was just a little ban happy.
