why was I banned: irdm ×2 and nitrp

why should I be unbanned: I was role-playing as cp dealing with several people at once, I had no idea what the sit was initially about but I come to find its because I killed junglechicken twice. I had been dealing with several people with guns out killing and shooting at me as well. At one point I had less than 30hp.  I had no idea what I did wrong because everyone I had killed was for the sake of securing the city as I was role-playing cp. Junglechicken went out of his way to protest that I had intentionally singled him out and killed him. Although if you were to look back at how many people I had killed for going lethal with guns out and for him to be the only one reporting me for the hours I had been playing seems a little suspicious.  I made an effort to apologize noting at the time I was only trying to do my JOB, he hadn't lost anything and wasn't even rping at the time to boot.  The first time I killed him was because I saw him kill someone in the street, although it was my mistake I didn't notice it was a kidnapper he killed. And the second time I honestly lost him in the crowd of people I was trying to hunt down for breaking laws including murder. I believe it was 3 total shots I took at him. Killing him 2 times. And then receiving a 4 day ban for it and slapping NITRP on it was salt in the wound because I was clearly just trying to do my best  roleplaying cp. It seems like I don't really have the effort to play on this server anymore considering I have to walk on thin ice or get banned for the littlest thing.  Getting pulled from legit rp situations to sit land.  My other buddy smiley knows how unpleasant junglechicken is and how problematic sits can become to the point where he doesn't even care to get on much anymore. I always try my best to just have a good time and to not hold grudges. But junglechicken clearly held a grudge on me and took this as an opportunity to get me banned because as he didn't like smiley, neither did he like me.  He was even recording the sit and laughing about it, clearly making some form of streamed or posted content im sure being titled something like "getting people banned in gmod lol"  it just really seems unfair considering the sit prior I was in for someone rdming me they get off with a warn. And even new players to the server can massrdm and get verbal warning because "they are new and didn't know the rules"  its so hard to actually want to even play for these reasons. At the end I did become disrespectful towards jungle as I was rather frustrated getting on the server after 4 days of helping my family deal with the real world problems going on, only to get banned for just trying to rp and clean up the streets as cp.  I would have understood a cp ban, but to get outright banned from the whole server for 4 days seemed unreasonable. Although I will apologize for being disrespectful to jungle, despite jungle harassing me and my buddy whenever he gets the chance in game. I understand its just not a good look.
