The whole situation was myself and one of my deputies had gone into the Supplier's shop (dank) and he had good music playin so we were dancin to it. Gandalf dropped cocaine next to me so we ended up finin him for it. We fined a couple large bounties too. After we were done dancin we asked to search the buildin for illegal goods since it was suspicious that it was blockin off the alley right where the PD entrance was and the whole buildin up. Dank very willingly complied and allowed me to search the buildin. When I was done I came back out to the lobby and saw my deputy was missin. I asked the people in the lobby where he went and two of them told me he was kidnapped by a little anime girl.

 

I went outside and my deputy and a little anime girl ran out of the parkin lot. I immediately assumed that was the one that kidnapped my deputy but I asked him first who kidnapped him. He confirmed the story and we fined her for her bounty and kidnappin a CP. Shortly after that we went back to the shop because my deputy had wanted to ask the supplier about somethin. My deputy was stuck in a kidnapped state where he wasnt able to switch weapons or sprint oddly enough so I ended up puttin him down to fix it since the kidnapper was already dealt with.

 

I waited for my deputy to return and when he began askin the supplier for access to his roof, the supplier opened his fadin door and shot him in the face with a shotgun. My deputy ducked back to the entrance and we both began open firin. I ran close to the prop wall and came under fire immediately and returned fire. I had a split second to think and I knew I wouldn't be able to get a warrant in time or probably at all (Mayors and judges have this tendency to completely ignore warrants, and when there aint a mayor or judge, you have noone to send warrants to) so I wanted him for attackin CP. Which was a perfectly valid reason for the want because he was indeed, attackin CP. I then whipped out my battering ram and knocked down his wall, switched to my gun, jumped in, and gunned him down.

 

After killin him, my deputy and I left the buildin and I unwanted Dank (the supplier), since it was the end of his life. Maybe a minute or two later I was brought to a sit and Dank claimed that I was harassin him and that I falsely raided him. He kept talkin over me when I tried explainin what happened and we both ended up tellin each other to shut up. Eventually Major told us to shut up and we did. He then said that I cannot raid without a warrant, to which I explained the whole circumstance of warranting not bein a possibility and the want was entirely valid. Dank once again said I was harassin him and wouldnt leave. Major told us to stay away from each other, I told him that I couldnt do that if it was hinderin my job since I'm a CP. I explained that if he had a bounty, I had to go after it and if he was committin crimes, I had to go after him. Major said I could only go after him if it was part of the rp (the job, which I was already doin). I again explained that I was not harassin him and yet again explained why I had been there three separate times. Again accused of harassment, I finally just outright said

To understand that, you gotta know that I'm usually on at 2-4am when there usually aint any staff on or maybe only one. I constantly deal with people sayin I aint doin my job right or people just outright RDMin or intentionally causin issues.

 

Now at this point all talkin stopped. I went in party chat and told my deputy that they were claimin that I was harassin dank and that I falsely raided him. Then I was banned.

If those logs are true I feel WTFMAJOR handled this extremely wrong. He didn't even try to understand the situation he just wanted to rush it. Though you handled it a bit wrong too, You shouldn't have been as hostile about the situation. Its was originally a verbal. Nothing record wise.

There was alot of verbal communication before the text logs that I dont have logs of, this sit was like five minutes long with the majority of it just bein "hes harassin me, he didnt place a warrant" and me tryin to explain what happened while bein talked over. Before he started shootin when my deputy was askin him for access to his roof everythin was really nice and polite. It just flipped out of nowhere then the sit was just a back and forth. Felt like Major wasnt there as staff, just as a bystander until the end.

If you had simply said okay then you'd still be on the server right now, however continuing to argue with a staff member after they have already come to a conclusion is not how you should act during a sit.

Information was not incorrect, if someone is wanted you can bust their props down with the batterin ram. Kinda the whole point of makin the batterin ram only usable by want or warrant, which I tried explainin but you gagged me while I was explainin. Of course I was arguin, thats the whole point of sayin your side of things. Thats why its called "your argument". It became an issue when dank tried talkin over me while I was sayin my side. But instead of gaggin one of us so the other could talk, you just told us both to shut up and gagged us.
