Ban Appeal/Kind of a Report on Smiley

No my reply is +1 because this whole thing is contradictual.

 

Like I said, you guys are not looking through both sides of the story and realizing that things can be dragged on or the fire to be fueled by both sides.

This is honestly a little ridiculous. I dont see how you can admit to doing what you're doing and then turn around and try to report the player reporting you?  I was there for almost all of it. None of the links provided work for me, all I can see is the console where you got banned. You went out of your ways and spent not a few minutes, but hours targeting people on that roof. You were told to stop by myself, Sea Bear, LeGerbs, and Cobaselic all on separate occasions. If you're not going to listen to all 4 mods on the server at the time and continue your behavior you really expect any pity? That whole scenario was chilish, unnecessary, and could have easily been avoided had you just complied the first time. Read over this rule -

"DO listen to staff. Even if something isn't explicitly mentioned in the MOTD, does not mean it's okay or approved by the staff team. Staff have the final decision on any matter, and if we determine something was clearly common sense enough that it should obviously not have been allowed, you will be punished regardless of it's explicit mention in the rules. Examples: "Oh, yeah, I was banned, but the rules don't say I can't just hop on a different account, why did you guys perma me for alting?!?" "I got gigamuted, you cant punish me for dodging it with anon chat!!!1!" "The rules don't say I CAN'T blow up everyone at fountain, so long as I use a drug processor!" All of these are real examples, and are why this rule is here. This is a game server, not a legal consortium. If we deem something as obvious enough we shouldn't have to spell it out so the MOTD doesn't end up having to be reviewed by legal professionals. If you're smart enough to connect to our server, you are smart enough to know why those three examples were stupid."

Will provide video/screenshots of discord if need be but this has dragged on enough. There shouldn't need to be this big a discussion on actual minging and (what I would consider) a lenient punishment.

Under normal circumstances I would totally agree with Watermelone(Not about smiley himself but the fact that the situation should be viewed from both sides) but I was there for just about all of it and so was LeGerbs. Maybe I haven't been a part of this community long enough but from what I've seen of Piklas he just sets up outside someones base on the sidewalk as a hobo and mic spams or just generally trolls literally everyone in chat. He at least provides a means for people to mute him or not be consistently harassed. What Peepoo was doing yesterday was above and beyond anything I've seen Piklas do.

For Walter, no i am not attempting to avoid any sort of spots and if you do know any please point it out instead of saying i am. You misunderstood exactly when i was told to leave him alone. It was in the 2nd sit far after the first issue with the textscreens. And regarding the "loop-hooling" please say exactly what i am loop-holing. 

 

For Gerbs, yes i did argue as i was telling you that my skybase wasn't finished (in the middle of building it and the screens were already there) and was told if im doing something like that i must have my skybase built first and then put a textscreen after it. As well was that it was in the props and it was removed. I've only tagged him twice. (For the "gosh" and the "gay" one which is explained V and in my appeal.

 

For Warren, i already admitted to having said the "you're gay now" ping which was during my crash/re connection and was referring to the textscreens (as a joke). All of those examples are extreme examples and dont apply to my situation. Nor do i believe i was loopholing. I was told by 4 moderators to leave Smiley alone and i did leave him alone despite the ping saying "gosh" on discord. Which was due to the video i had of him saying rude stuff to me. The video sample was because new players went on my skybase (which was public) and i have no reason to warn them.  (Cobaselic, i did warn you because i didn't want you on my skybase even if i wasn't interacting with you).
