Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I have waited a shit long time, i appealed the 1st time about 2 and a half weeks ago and was denied and told to come back after waiting, so im here again. I regret what i did and just want to play dark rp again. its really the only server i play on besides exhibition and ive been getting bored of that one. Idk what else to say from regards to my last post, other than im sorry and it wont happend again. Who warned/banned you and for how long?: Big ass banned me permanently. Pedophilia and remarks like that are very serious, and you need to understand that. Your ban was requested by the owner, and you need to understand that. We, as a staff team, do not tolerate that kind of stuff. Some of the people here plan on having children or already do have them. Being 15 doesn't make a pedophile remark any better, that is something you keep to yourself. I'm going to be -1 on this simply because of the nature and circumstances that caused you to be banned. In your last ban appeal you were also making claims of staff "not knowing you" and "being power hungry". Even if I was like, your best friend, I would personally find what you said disgusting and would've requested something similar to this. I understand you want to be back, but we've made it clear that those things aren't acceptable and that you don't seem to fully understand that. You said that you "understand" what you did. Why don't you own up to it, then? Say that you are genuinely sorry for saying disgusting things? Admit you messed up? While Vespei isn't staff, he makes a very good point in that you have not addressed the fact that what you said was wrong. You clearly DON'T understand what you did was wrong since you never even mentioned it in this report, OR the old one. My existing vote still stands, and will remain as such. Buckweed Posted March 15, 2020 Share Posted March 15, 2020 While I am willing to give you a second chance, I feel you should emphasize that you were banned at the REQUEST OF THE OWNER which isn't a normal thing, and like my staff brothers have said, you never addressed the exact thing you did in your report. Personally, I never plan to have kids and find them disgusting so I don't take pedo jokes to hard but I am sure others on the server didn't like it. I am neutral on this one, when it gets denied I welcome you to try again WHILE addressing the specific thing you did. If there was anything specific you would like me to apoligize for i will. I find it VERY unnecesary to make a 3RD report over the same topic. Especially when i have stated everything i feel was justified, theres not much more i can say. I definitley understand that it was requested by owner, but i was kind of being toxic that day, so i would understand how all the puzzle peices would fit together to make me look extremely bad, and like i said it was a mistake that i have made and wont happen again. please dont make me make another thread its so time consuming and unnescary. I dont remember the specificments of what i said, and theres nothing else i can state that i havent stated before. This is starting to feel drawn out for a first offense mistake that i havent had history with before. If this gets denied im just going to forget about it, theres not rly anything else i can say i just want to play on the server again, and obbiously going through all of this isnt helping when everyone is cherry picking everything i say. I give up, i would appreciate another chance, but if i seriously have to make a whole other thread im just going to keep the ban. ive done this twice over a span of 5 weeks Like im trying my best to not try and sound disrespectful because i know as soon as i do im getting a -1 from someone who is bored and scrolling on forums. But i just find all of this a little over the top, and tbh way too forced/ drawn out. I have emphisied everything you guys have wanted me to, but there is no chaning WHAT i did. So all of this is just unesscary brittle boning you guys are doing to me to squeeze the little last drop of recogintion i have. There is literally nothing else i can say, and theres no point for everybody to get their 2c in if at the end of the day its going to get denied. Either way theres nithing i can say to change that even though i have done everything you guys have asked from waiting 3 weeks to reapply, to addressing each little topic. theres literally nothing more to say, i have gotten 2 neutrals so its obviously not SO EXTREMELY horrible that im automatically getting -1's.
