You would build atop a persons base as a hobo, and start playing the loudest, cringiest music you possibly could. When told to go away, and not build on their roof you chose not to. We made a sit about it. You were told to stop that. You did not. We made another sit. You were told to stop. You did not. We made another sit, you were given one last warning. You did not stop. Not only did you continue to base in front or on top of this persons base, you continued to play ear rapingly loud music atop or in front of this persons base. You were told to simply stop with the ear slap as a whole. If one admin says stop, you stop, regardless if someone else says you can, until it is cleared up. However you proceeded to run around playing that loud music to everyone's dismay, and when jailed by slick you started to play an even louder one in the jail itself. TL: DR The problem was less with the ear rape, and more that you didn't follow any of the orders/warning of staff, and continued to minge a public base. Ronsan Posted February 25, 2020 Share Posted February 25, 2020 hecko I am Dr. Ronsan (RPname) and I was requested to make my side of the case for this. This case starts a lot earlier in the day than when the ban happened. Around 1pm EST I believe he was kicked for harassing me. He kept quoting that a Moderator had given him permission to earrape/build as a hobo. I requested a moderator a single time and we talked about it and got a warning from him. Then that moderator (For the sake of me I don't remember who) kicked him after telling him that he would be kicked if he continued boombox minging. For the next couple of hours i would see him around my base not doing anything that harmful but did make some remarks of him being kicked. Fast forward to what seems to be the more recent case, now Kamala is involved. This case involved 1 sit with me and nicememe420 in which I explained that I was told to report him if he was ever harassing me again by the previous moderator. This led to the second moderator telling him to leave me alone. He didn't, he instead built on top of my base, which we asked him not to and got CP involved, then he built in front of my base, which Kamala as a CP resolved, then he built on top of my base again and we couldn't get anyone to remove it. Now Kamala desides to report him after the first time he started boombox minging and explained in the sit that he had been doing this to me for awhile. That sit ends and within a few minutes he starts boombox minging again. Here I have video proof between Kamala's sit with him and the procedure of the admin taking charge and temp banning him. These are two separate clips of him boombox minging, and also in the progress harassing me. If there are any questions feel free to ask me I will try to keep up with this thread.
