I did not break any rules on the MOTD.

I was playing the game normally having fun and I was posting statistic in /anon chat partially as a joke and as an experiment.

Examples:

Between 73% and 90% of lesbians report being psychologically abused by their partners.

Gay men are 60x more likely to have HIV than straight men.

1 in 9 Arabic people have a positive view of ISIS

etc.

As I played I probably was doing this for at least 40 minutes, some discussion was sparked in chat but all in all no one really paid it any mind. Multiple moderators joined at the time and did nothing about I, I never used any racial slurs, nor was this intended in any manner to be targeted at a single player or a group of players or have any sort of racial prejudice.

[align=left](STEAM_0:0:1520032) came on the scene and gigamuted me for 15 minutes for posting a statistic. So I opened an admin chat to get it cleared up.

Big Heart took me into an admin sit and explained to me that "I can't talk about or post edgy political racial facts" in a global channel, and cited that because that "the moderators aren't a legal consortium" 

and that there's an alternate "Speech Policy" that must be followed by users outside of the rules. I told him I understood but asked to link the "Speech Policy" he was talking about, he ignored my question and returned me.

Assuming he just had more sits to take or something I went on the TITSRP website while still in the game to see if there was such a "Speech Policy" that existed. I found no such thing, searching under the keywords:

"Speech" "Speech Policy" and "Conduct"

And I found absolutely no binding or administrative document stating anything like that other than the actual rules page.

So I asked Big Heart multiple times in (PM) in the server to link me the speech policy, and he continued to ignore me.

Then, as I told in Big Heart in my last (PM) that I would do if he didn't answer, that I would open an admin chat to see what's up. Due to no resposne, I do so Rubik contacted me and stated he messaged him to talk to me about it.

I understood and waited for a little bit, still no answer, so I asked Big Heart in (PM) again at least 3 times about it. Still no answer and continually ignored. 

In my last (PM) I state to him I'm going to continue to post stats in /anon chat if he doesn't respond to what I'm saying, because I believe there was no rule broken, nor bent.

I wait a bit, no response. Then I post one single statistic in /anon chat and IMMEDIATELY get kicked from the server. This tells me he was purposefully ignoring me, but I digress.

I don't remember the message in the kick 100% but it was snarky comment like, "if you can't follow directions on this server you might as well leave mate..."

I rejoin the server, and open an admin chat. I state that Big Heart falsely kicked me and that this should be addressed by rubik and other moderators to come to a full conclusion.

After I send that messge he bans me IMMEDIATELY for an entire week, saying "You can't follow simple instructions, I don't want you on my server, bye"

This is an outright and egregious abuse of Superadmin power, him telling me he doesn't want me on "his" server is telling me that he's power tripping over a video game server.

He was unwilling to be reasonable to my genuine query so that I don't break any actual rules, but it seems he's trying to stretch the MOTD to his own will to do what he wants, that is  unacceptable, and I need my ban reversed.

Big Heart citing the "DO Listen to staff" excerpt of the rules implies that what I did was akin to ban evading, akin to me saying I cant be punished for saying something in /anon chat etc. I have used no such 'loophole' style excuse. I simply haven't borken any rules stated or otherwise.

If I forgot any details of what happened it doesn't come from any malicious place, and I am not attempting to fabricate anything by any means.

News flash. It is his server. You were asked by the owner of the server to stop. You didn't, because you didn't feel like it was justified enough. I am sorry you feel that way my friend. 

 

Want more info? Your "statistics" were edgy, and you were asked to stop politely. Since you decided not to, unfortunately this is the result. This ban appeal is DENIED (by the other owner)
