Why were you warned/banned?: For returning (after dying) to PD during raid to help my friends couter. 

 

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : On garnnet/cosmic/smokeys Nlr rules are a little different and there are a bunch of confusing loops holes with the rules i just got confused. No intenet to Rdm/Nitrp or ruin anyones time, just got a little too excited with the vip i purchased and using the new jobs.

 

Who warned/banned you and for how long?: WaLtEr ThE aSsAuLTer ;'(. 5 more days left i just want to play with my friends ...i JUST baught vip right before getting banned and was  just confused on when u can return and what jobs u could raid with. seriously no intention to ruin server gameplay or being toxic genuine mistake and no intention to do it again.

 

Evidence: I do have a previous history on this server with nlr, but i promise i will try my best not to get anymore warns, etc. i just want to enjoy the server i spent $10 on vip for, i know its my fault that i was banned and that doesnt make it right, or make it necessary for an unban, but im just asking genuinly so i dont have to wait another  6 days. Ive read Motd and im sorryyyyy :(

Im seriously not the type to go around rdming until being banned, or propblocking, or any sort of toxic behavior. Just have a past with this rule so it makes it look like i have no intention to play, but i really do and just forget sometimes especially, when other servers have different rules and its hard to keep up with the motd. pls dont make me wait :(

I remember the day you got banned and I warned you for doing the exact same thing you got banned for, literally the same situation Mass NLR at PD, earlier that day. I don't think within a few hours of me warning you for that exact same thing and telling you next time it would be a ban you would forget that. Same day and everything. Also, this ban appeal seem sarcastic to me. -1

Wasnt trying to be sarcastic at all, im sorry if i made you feel any type of way. I was just confused the first time i raided because i was told i cant raid with the class i was using, even though it said i could. Then i was told that i didnt have to advert it. then i was told i was. I was just trying to raid pd with my buds and everyone was being toxic i didnt know what was happening we were just trying to rp.

• You were talked to before by Mads for this exact same situation. Our NLR and PD raid advert rules are very clear in the MOTD and I know for sure that at least the NLR rules were explained clearly to you.
  
• On all of the servers you listed, last I knew, the rules don't allow you to go back over and over and over again as many times as you want.
  
• History with NLR is one thing, but having to be talked to multiple times, and then talked to multiple times in one day makes things a little different.
  
• VIP is not $10 and never has been. It's $5 or 5m ingame money.
  

I went ahead and looked up some of your examples.

Garnet:

If you die defending a base during a raid you may not return to the base until the raiding party has left the base

Cosmic:

If the PD is getting raiding or the Bank, you cannot come back if you die until your NLR is over.

 

If you die during a raid, you are NOT allowed to come back. Only the base defenders are allowed to come back as their NLR timer has expired.

 

In addition, you messaged Mads after she commented on your ban appeal and tried to get her to change her -1 with begging.

This shows me that you do not believe the ban to be false, instead you are asking me to lift it just "because."

 

You had plenty of opportunity to correct your behavior. It is of my opinion you knew what you were doing. Denied.
