And since you were already getting punished for fucking with a player in game, you were getting banned anyways. There was no "he kept coming back." YOU kept going back to HIM and killing him for no reason out of nowhere. We watched raw gameplay footage provided to us by the player you were harassing. There were 15 minutes of video. I believe you hit mass RDM by minute 3. I will get this footage and post it here if possible, I believe the player has it. Threatening to find/dox players and telling them you're going to burn down their house, kill their family, slap them, etc is strictly prohibited and falls under our harassment guidelines. You chose to seek out this player on the TitsRP Discord (strangely, we also have jurisdiction there) and message him these things. I would also like to point out that your messages violate state and federal law regarding verbal threats, and in some jurisdictions by itself can be considered assault and harassment which carries jail time. Criminal charges and a permanent violent offender record. If you were both in school and had done this over Facebook, I can say with 95% certainty that you'd be down at the local police station by now answering much less friendly questions than this. This is a privately owned server with rules and regulations governing player conduct. Staff can ban you for any reason deemed fit and there’s literally nothing you can do about it. If you want to get technical, the simple way to explain it is “you have no rights.” You’re damn right the staff have no jurisdiction over what you say in private messages. But the staff also have 100% jurisdiction over who gets to play on the server - and you clearly aren’t one of them. I honestly don’t get what the point of this appeal is. If anything, you should be worrying about the fact that the person who you threatened to kill might report your account to Discord/police. Judging by the amount of intelligence in this post, it’s more than likely you don’t even have a VPN. I’m sorry for my rant, I just hate when people think they’re entitled to some 1st/4th/5th amendment rights when they play on this server. Mads Posted December 26, 2019 Share Posted December 26, 2019 Just so everyone is on the same page here, I will explain how the sit went all the way up to our decision to permaban. When I brought you and the other player to the sit you immediately started yelling at the and cursing left and right. I gave you a warning that I was going to gigamute you if you didn't stop to let me speak, and you continued to scream at the other player and myself. I proceeded to gigamute you and talk to the other player who had (and still has) video evidence. What I saw on that video was any time he walked out of the spawn tunnel even in your direction you came over to him and either killed/attempted to kill him. This happened 7-8 times in the course of the 5 minutes of the video I watched. I chose to ban you at that point for MRDM and harassing that player, it was only a 7-day ban. Shortly after you were banned the player reached out to me on Discord and said you were spamming him with threats to kill his family and telling him to kill himself, calling him an n-word, a cunt, and other things. Due to the nature, I will not be included here. All in all, you threatened this player's family and his life and that is not the kind of toxicity I am willing to allow on the server. You made your bed, you will now lie in it. I may see you appealing this in the future, but at this time, I do not feel comfortable letting you back on our server. -1 I can also pull the video evidence from the other player if needed by staff, I just need to have him upload it so I may link it.
