Gmod updated, can't join the server ;-;

hecko, so I tried joining the server this morning, but I was unable to because I got the message reading: "The server you are trying to connect to is running an older version." I understand what it is saying of course and that the server needs a restart to be updated, or however it gets updated. If possible, please update the server, if not, I will find a solution to my problem on my own.

Nevermind I found a solution for myself.

 

Open SteamCMD

 

login anonymous

 

force_install_dir C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod

 

app_update 4000 validate

 

DONE! :3
